We have tested this vacuum cleaner for a few days now and found it has areas that it is really strong in and some relative weaknesses. In summary:Positives:- Telescopic arm is good and allows good reach for cobwebs and also hard to reach spaces- The three attachments all perform their roles well and allow a really good range of cleaning- The floor brush attachment was excellent and picked up pet hair really well.- As the unit is small and light it was really easy to use on the stairs- Really good suction and seems to give consistent power across the different fittings- Easy to remove dust and to clean out the main compartment.

This was packaged well with no missing parts and the documentation was good. It worked straight out of the box, does what it's supposed to do and it does it well. The carrying handle makes it easy to carry it around the house and the tools are great for cleaning out small corners. I think the HEPA filter is a ideal feature for anyone with allergies. Although I haven't cleaned either of the filters yet, the instructions look pretty straightforward. As a tall person I was particularly impressed by the telescopic extension for the handle. Overall, I'm very pleased with it.Update after six months: Emptying the debris and cleaning the pre-filter is no problem, and the post filter hasn't come due for changing yet.

Great vacuum cleaner. Don't be fooled by the small 900w motor, this little machine really sucks, but in a good way! Powerful suction almost sticks it to the floor! Comes with a great range of attachments too and an adjustable length pipe! If I had one criticism, it's that the hose to the vacuum is a little too short for a tall (6ft) person, especially when reaching up high for curtains, etc so that the Hoover has a tendency to topple over when overreaching. It's small and light though, so it's not a big deal. The power cord winds in very well, and the build quality appears very good. Easy to empty too, the dust box separates into 3 separate parts for easy cleaning. Would highly recommend!

Wow! Vacuumed a small section of carpet and couldn't believe what it pulled out (dust-wise)!So glad I bought this as I have wanted one for ages and now found that every second that I've waited has been worth it.Brilliant suction, good length cord, short hose but long pipe (glad I don't have to bend and I'm 5'10), lots of accessories to try out around my home.Its A rated for energy use and the accessories that come with it are labeled in case you ever need to reorder then.Good tidy little size but just as good as the full size ones (I'm comparing it to my friend's which is the one I used that made me want one)!Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

I'm really happy with this vacuum cleaner. It is pretty much ready to use straight out of the box; no need to read the manual, you just have to connect the hose and the attachment you want and away you go.It has a nice long lead; long enough virtually to reach every corner of my flat and the attachments cover every eventuality. There's even a "turbo" attachment, which turns it up to eleven with a brush that screams round and attacks the carpet with the vigour of a hungry rodent on speed.I like that this cleaner is very compact but very powerful. Easy to store in my small cupboard.Yes, very impressed!

Well 3rd time of using the new Vax,CCQSAV1T1 Great amount of suction very easy to use and empty. filter are in a good place and easy to change when the time comes , which this came with the longer hose, but is available. this is the 3 Vax I have purchased over the years. have the big orange one in the garage for the cars and big jobs as its a wet and dry but this is just as poweful.removed dog hairs with ease. and great on the wood floor as wellall in all really please with the purchase

While smaller in capacity than other Vax units of a similar model size, 1.5L compared to 2.2, this is more powerful yet just as energy efficient, with a top A rating, and slightly lighter to carry. It's bagless, which I insist on, light and very powerful. The only minus for it compared to the 2.2L range is that it's at a higher price point. I don't think this model has enough over the other range to warrant the extra cost, especially as it's got a third less capacity.

Amazing powerful for such a small size and lightweight. It performed very well overall, It manoeuvres well across carpet, floorboards and laminate alike. Excellent dust pick up on laminate and carpet. Fair results on the edge and crevices cleaning, flexible hose long enough to reach a full set of stairs. Good design features, steady in use, value for money and Rating 9.5

It's not long arrived so we haven't used it much yet (I say 'we' but I actually mean my husband, I don't really do hoovering ?) but it's a powerful little thing which has sucked up a truly terrifying amount of dust from our carpets. Build quality looks excellent. Best of all though it makes my hoover-loving husband very very happy...

The fact I only have to plug it in the middle of the house and hoover every room is the best part for me.I used our cordless hoover over the whole house last night and after using this today it's 100% evident that this hoover is powerful as the canister pulled loads out the carpet.Lightweight and great stretch.Fully recommend

I love the long hoses! They connect together to extend. I can clean the stairs without moving the unit! Great suction and half the power of my old vacuum. It's even better at getting all the dust and pet fur! I have 4 very fluffy long haired cats and this does the job on all my carpets and hard floors.Highly recommend!

Really pleased. 2 minor issues. The suction is so strong that it is a work out to use this and the slot for putting the hose and want away isn't that great and it falls out but otherwise highly recommended, light to use and really leaves the carpets clean

Took about five minutes to assemble.With various attachments you can tackle any cleaning job, it even can tackle one of the toughest cleaning jobs on the planet...removing Jack Russell fur from the carpet.The cord is a little short but no biggy

The above item was ordered for my mum, suction was very good, in a ground floor flat it has not been used on stairs, it arrived on time and very good value for money

Lovely vacuum cleaner. Had one previously from same company and it worked great so decided to go for the brand again. Did not dissapoint. I would recommend it.
