Forget the pet hair brush option extra , first switched on this machine, and after trying to get the rug out of the nozzle while it was on, switched off and rug came out spotless. I also realised the cats toys ((4 of them) had been found by this machine as well, and just waiting inside for me to remove - how kind! Switching on again, found the air release lever on the handle, which allowed the carpet to be hoovered without chunks of it disappearing in to the machine. This hoover did allow me to move the huge cats post without touching it myself, how nice, although I didn't actually want it moving. At one time the cat did decide to sneak past the hoover while it was on,

got mine ideal for me easy to do my stairs and get around the corners with very powerful . done 3 bedrooms the stairs and a living room then common sense told me its nearly full empty it .if you don't its obvious you d put more pressure on the motor . so if you want it to last empty it as often as you can ,its what it is a small compact machine ,not meant to hold massive amounts .if its not big enough buy a bigger one .I think they are ideal for o a ps or maybe invalids light easy to use .I emptied it no problem took it above dustbin opened the bottom the dust fluff fell out .I twisted the filter cleaned it put it back together simple .cant see how anyone could complain best ive used .im very impressed ive got much bigger ones .

I wasn't too sure about this hoover, the reviews seemed okay, with a few complaining about lack of suction power. However this was the money I was prepared to spend, so I just went for it, and I'm really glad I did.The suction power is just awesome. With my old model I had to use my shoes to drag the dog and cat hair into a ball before hoovering it up off the carpet. This baby just rips the fur right of the carpet, so much so that it clogged up the cylinder really quickly.I got a moment of buyer's regret as I had to empty it before I even finished hoovering, however since then I have not had to do that, and realised that my living room was particularly dirty for that first clean!Haven't cleaned the filters yet,

I'd always wanted a Dyson however couldn't afford the price tag that comes with them so I opted for this one I saw on Amazon as it had many positive reviews left by previous buyers. Despite the reviews I still wasn't sure what to expect with this hoover as often, the less you pay the less suction they offer!That couldn't be further from the truth with this one and I was thoroughly impressed when I first used it. It's got great suction and works incredibly well on hard floors which precious hoovers of mine have not. It's got multiple attachments for different areas and even has a carpeted/hard floor switch on the main hoover head. The hoover is also really lightweight so it's great for moving around from room to room.

I really like this hoover. I wanted something that was easy to move around. this is it and it has a really powerful suction on it, I have never seen my cream bedroom carpets look so good and to I was thinking about buying new carpets! It's easy to empty and wash the filters. Some customers say the lead isn't long enough but I found it ok. The sound is not too loud though if you have rugs stand on them as the suction is so powerful it tends to ruck them up! But it's still good. Although it's only a 700w it is as powerful as a 2000w hoover but is more economical. I use this hoover for upstairs and my Henry downstairs as he is too heavy to carry up the stairs but to me this little hoover is every bit as good.

Decided to get this after reading it's reviews. My Bissell bagless cylinder vacuum started to fall to bits.Fast delivery (even to N Ireland).Good points* very powerful little Hoover. On paper it might not appear to be as powerful as others but I can assure you it is.* easy to empty the dust/dirt compartment.* washable filter ?* small, light and very easy to move around.* I don't find it to be overly noises.* a good looking wee hooverThe only slight bad point that I can think of when using on a vinyl/lino floor it can lift it in areas that the floor is not securely stuck down.Over all, highly recommended vacuum. Why spend 2 times, 3 times or more on a vacuum when you can get this for under £50?????

For the money, there is virtually nothing negative to say about this vacuum - in fact, the only real criticism I have is that there is no way to mount the tool attachment on-board the body of the vacuum.The cord is long enough that I can make it around my one-bedroom flat without having to unplug and replug. I can use it many times before needing to empty the cylinder. It picks up hair and dust and fluff *really* well. The body and attachments feel like they are sturdy, quite good quality and durable.I spent ages agonising over which vacuum to buy at around this price point; they all seem to have a few conflicting reviews. I'm really glad that I went with this one in the end,

I think this is a great little vacuum cleaner. It is a solid piece of equipment, a metal pipe to fix onto the flexible hose and three heads. It's neat and compact and will be perfect for my daughter's small flat, fitting neatly into the corner alcove out of the way. The instructions are clear and easy to read. It is easy to see when the bin is full and straight forward to remove it for emptying (thought I'm not sure about the 'one touch' emptying mentioned in the blurb). It is also easy to find the filters to clean and, although I have not needed to do so just yet, they appear to be easy to rinse and dry out. Although the same, or similar price is available elsewhere,

I bought as a replacement for the previous model. This has a lower power rating but is in fact more powerful. On a tiled floor it almost sticks to the ground. It has a sliding valve to reduce suction closed is highest suction. Very lightweight for doing the stairs. Capacity would last a week easily and simple and clean to empty the container...keeps its suction power throughout, no reduction during usage over the week.Overall a great lightweight and powerful machine, very pleased with it. The last one lasted some years so expect this will be the same.Suspect those who complained about power had the slider open.

Just got the hoover tonight and vacuumed the house (1 bedroom apartment, wooden floor in kitchen / living room, tiles in the bathroom and carpet in the bedroom). Easy to maneuver, the plastic tube could rotate a little better though. Very light as well, and the cable is a good length, so i didn't have to unplug and move it to another outlet while moving around the house. While i thought the house was fairly clean, having used a broom and water pad only a few days, the amount of hair and mostly dust that just came out was a little horrifying and weirdly satisfying. Seems to be a very good value for money and it doesn't take a lot of space for storage.

For a cheaper Hoover this is amazing! My Dyson packed up so I decided to buy something while it got fixed (I have two hairy dogs and 2 young children and not much money). The suction is 10 times stronger than my other vacuum, in fact it's so strong you can't push it forward, just pull it back on the carpet. I went round the house and picked up hair I didn't even know was there! We were shocked! The cylinder emptied easy into the bin and the Hoover was lightweight and easier to carry around. Only gripe is that the lead isn't that long, but it's not a problem. I'm really happy with this and not sure my Dyson will get fixed now!

Good one. But comes with only two extensions. One for floor and one for corners. I would need another one for pillows and mattresses.Revising: However I bought "Spares2go Mini Tool Cleaning Nozzle..." kit on Amazon itself which gave me three extensions and costed very less. This made the set complete.While vacuuming, the rod keeps falling down (that's a design flaw) but if I carefully hold the grip does best cleaning.Best part is: Emptying the dust collection box. I can see how much has been cleaned and gives me a Clean feeling.Updating the rating to 4 now.

Impressed with the cleaner...good suction and well built. Wand is strong and doesn't flex. It's easy to empty and the cord retraction is powerful. Well thought out product.One thing to note - the filter needs cleaning regularly as you will note a drop off in suction. I would recommend purchasing a spare filter so that you can wash one and leave to dry whilst the other is used. They don't need washing every time as most times I just banged the filter against the side of the bin to shake out the majority of dust and it was fine.Very happy with purchase.

Purchased recently so not a lot of use yet - but so far a brilliant little hoover. Wanted a lightweight easy to use 2nd hoover for the more fiddly jobs/ small rooms. Weighs just under 4kg so easy to carry up stairs etc - powerful yet adjustable suction - extendable pole. Comes with an foot adjustable main flat head for hard/carpet floors and the little crevice end+hinged little brush. Not masses of cord but enough. Simple emptying though of course not a lot of capacity. Washable and bagless are plus points. However would not recommend for acres of carpet.

Its lasted around a year through some pretty heavy hoovering. You pay for what you get for if I'm honest I could have spent a lot more and have a hoover last 5 years but this is a pretty good price, easy to use (in terms of carrying around and emptying) and will much hoover anything. I hoover a 4 bedroomed house with large living space however only half the house has carpet and less of it. The only things I would want (and again I could get that if I wanted to pay at least £30-£50 more) and thats a longer cable and a stronger suction.
