This kettle is perfect for the price. The whistle is loud and it looks very modern. I would say that the spout is very hot to touch when boiled so you do need to use a tea towel to protect your fingers but it doesn’t bother me that much. For the price, this is a good kettle.

A very smart looking kettle. Boils quickly. The only negative is that there is heat conducting metal on the handle which makes it very uncomfortable to pick up the kettle once it has boiled.

We use this on the hob everyday just as a bit of a retro item in our kitchen - the “whistle” just adds to the retro feel :) it’s high quality and heats the water evenly
