This is a replacement vax hoover and on the whole I am really pleased the lift off part for the stairs is useful, it can be a bit awkward but I have twisty stairs and it always seems to be in the wrong place.The only other negative I have found is because as it’s on a ball if you don’t stand it straight it falls over but that is a very small issue. On the whole very pleased with this hoover.

Very light and easy to swap to using cylinder.is brilliant on stairs and the long lead means it doesn't need unplugging for each room.auction is very good but probably would have been better with variable auction for rugs.overall I'm very happy with this

We like this item for its great suction power, a boon for pet hairs ! It is also very light for steering. Overall we are well pleased with it , a good purchase. Only fault is not with the vacuum , but with Amazon for not issuing a receipt!!

Not done stairs yet but my first impression is how good the cleaning power is and how I don’t feel as exhausted from cleaning as I did with my old machine (I have been faithful to Henry for years).

Good buy and can’t go wrong with a vax vacuum. Strong suction and easy to use, only down side is cord with plug is no retractable.
