Merrell never disappoints with comfortable and well made footwear. These are the first Merrell walking/hiking shoes (I've bought many of their casual shoes and they are my go to running shoes brand) and they fit like a glove. Materials used appear to be the usual high quality and they have Gore-Tex added so repel water if I come across the odd puddle or rain shower.I would recommend going for the size up from what you would normally take when buying Merrell as they are made to fit like a glove and can feel a tad tight is you go for your normal size.

I saw these in GreatOutdoors for £115, tried them on and they were very nice. As a savvy shopper I though I'd do a bit of shopping around and would you know £46 on Amazon - a complete bargin. very nice fit and comfortable even though they handle as being quite stiff. Went for a couple of mile walk and no signs of rubbing or blisters. Must be my bargin of the year (free would have been better but hey). Excellent quality as you'd expect from Merrell, waterproof and nice looking.

I ordered size 10.5 and they fit so well. Have had so much trouble finding this size for the style I wanted on Amazon or even the Merrell website. Other suppliers have sent size 11 instead... So, 'Wow Shoes' came out on top!

I like the look of these shoes, however they are tight at the toes. I had to replace the insole, in order to make the shoes more comfortable. Definitely, not for people who have wide feet.
