Initially, the shoes are slightly tight, but it only took about 15 minutes of walking around before it was a perfect comfortable fit. They're good looking boots and they have a nice soft step. The leather on the upper is obviously high quality and if treat them well and avoid scuffing against rocks/etc., I'd expect the boots to still look new/near new for quite a while. The mild noise from flexing the leather disappeared about as soon as the boots adapted to create a solid fit. The gum rubber sole is virtually silent when walking around indoors on polished hardwood floors. I got the 10.5 size and it was spot on. They're not inexpensive but they're worth the price. I'm thinking of getting a second (backup)

I have a pair of these and they really are the dogs wotsits. I've worn Timberlands for decades now, and the only quibble I would have is they last too long, so you have to wait ages to justify buying a new pair :D I have a pair in my cupboard that are 6 years old, have been all over the world, and still look half decent now. You certainly get what you pay for with these boots, very much like Cats, they're built to last as long as you want them too.A word of warning though, there's a lot of knock offs around. Always be sure to check when you receive them, a fake will be easy to spot, or check the items name and style on the official Timberland website before.

Amazing shoes.Ultra light (lighter than my Nike sneakers)They should be renamed from Erthkeepers to AirWalkers !!!!These are more comfortable than my Nike sneakers...!!!I use to wear Timberland classic 3 hole, Oxford type shoes and classic boots that were heavy and not that comfortable, yet with awesome looks, water resistance and resilience and I never thought that Timberland could make extra light and comfortable shoes with shock absorbing sole that will outperform Nike sneakers, that I was wearing due to my sensitive feet suffering from arthritis...I wear these for almost 2 weeks now and I just hope them to remain comfy and shock absorbing and not to deteriorate in a short time...

Since my early 20's I have bought & always owned timberland footwear!I now have several pairs of hiker & traditional boot style, one pair being 11yrs old & another 8yrs (Both traditional boots)Timberland is pretty much the best all roundfootwear to have IMO!Stylish = covered!Comfort = covered!Durability = covered!I use my older pairs off hiker style for hiking, hunting, fishing even cycling my feet are always dry warm & comfy."You can't build a great building on a weak foundation. You must have a solid foundation if you're going to have a strong long lasting building"Footwear is mans foundation!

I needed some good boots for work as I do quite abit of manual labour. I also spend 14 hours a day on my feet so I needed something comfortable too. Yes they were more expensive than my usual £30 shoes I tend to buy and they last me only 3 month but I thought i would try these. They came earlier than they stated which was great and they fitted perfect very comfortable. I have had them 4 month now and they are slowly coming away at the edge of the sole but nothing noticble to the naked eye. I am over the moon with these boots and for the price I would recommend to anyone.

I have now ordered the third pair of these boots. They are extremely comfortable and don’t need much breaking in if at all. The laces are quite poor and they snap after about 6 months. I purchased Timberland boot laces and they far superior to the ones supplied and have lasted in all 3 pairs.I wear them on a daily basis with jeans or trousers.The only downside is the souls seem to wear very quick, although I wear them daily I don’t do many steps so I would like them to last more than 12 months.I do buy a new pair every year and am happy that the price is worth it.

These looks better in person & feel excellent. Kinda surprised me because I ordered a different pair, similar design, but just well balanced. Mostly bought for winter casual day to day use. Didn't spray them down w/ water shield repellent, like I normally do to most of my shoes/boots. It's a very comfortable fit & feel, reminds me of one of my favorites from Rockport. The finish is solid & appears well made. Just wipe down w/a dampen cloth ro address lint & traces of dust. No complaints thus far, will consider this one again. Good balance in weight & support...

The brand didn’t become famous just because of the name, these boots really are very well made and when you test them out on the terrain they’re designed for they won’t let you down. The boots are genuine leather and are comfy as hell. They’ll withstand a punishing hike through British weather again and again and can be cleaned up easy if you pre coat them in treatment/wax. If you do a lot of hiking you’ll know you need a boot that supports your feet and ankles whilst keeping your feet dry, and these are yet to let me down several pairs in!

When I picked these up from the post office the box felt very light. I was worried after paying nearly a hundred quid for these boots they'd be just as poor as the Voi jeans versions I bought from MM Direct catalogue for £29 which turned out to be junk that fell apart in a month.Not so with these beauties. Comfy and perfect fit the second I put them on. The quality of the stitching and materials is very good. Wore them all week without any issues. Came in Timberland box, arrived a day earlier than I expected too. I'm happy.

Just arrived and tried on. I'm a UK size 9, ordered a size 9 and its a good fit and will take a thinner or thicker sock - neither tight nor flapping. Doesn't feel as if they will need any wearing in. Good grip around the ankle but cutaway means not digging in to your heel tendons. Nice light weight and comfortable fit to them for walking.I like to think I know where I am with Timberland shoes as they fit my foot shape and provide the comfort I like, And I can order via the net with confidence These just confirm it.

This shoes are completely as fine as you would expect any Timberland product to be as it looks really well put together especially being my second pair. I would have given it five stars but for the small issue I have wearing them with some pains just above my big toe which is quite unusual to me as I wear one already so my wife feels I would have to "break them in" as they're exactly my size and fit my feet properly. Apart from that, I would say they're splendid pair of shoes.

From the first look of this product in the photo I liked the style/look but the reality was even more impressive with the quality of materials, built and finishing being every thing you would expect from a top brand like Timberland. However the true truth is in the wearing and after the first time out which was about a 6 mile walk my feet felt fine and ready for another 6 miles! And all of this with a 40% discount. Well I think this pair of boots deserve 5 stars!Peter

Love these boots and they are standing up well to normal wear. Only time I have had wet feet is when I managed to splash water down the tongue so my fault entirely! General look of the boots has stayed true as well so i'm pleased with the longevity of them. Only downside is that the soles can be a little slippy depending on the surface and it can take you by surprise if you are expecting these boots to be all roughty toughty!

I usually would not buy branded shoes on Amazon as I'm always afraid that they'll be knock offs, but that wasn't the case for these timberland boots. They fit perfectly with breathabilty, and they seem durable. The overall look is exactly as pictured, if not better. The weight of them is a tad heavy but that really is to be expected with such boots. Overall I'd say they're worth a buy especially at such a low price.

I’m not sure that these timberland boots are authentic. The reason I say this is in the past I have had many timberland boots but on the tree logo on the side of the boots there is normally a R next to it and these do not have it. They do have R on the sole, but I do agree with many of the reviews they are a good boot and fit well and will never (probably) go out of fashion
