I love this addition to my kitchen gadgets. I have had many other egg slicers over the years and they have all fallen apart within a year - this one is studier than all of them - it has rubber feet so doesn't slip in use - it's easy to clean - I love that it has two types of cutters but is still so small - very well designed.

Great for slices and chopped egg for sandwiches but the wedges are never even. However it's really not that difficult to cut wedges with a good sharp knife. Like all egg slicers I've ever seen it is a bit of a pain to get clean.

This is a nice looking and well made piece of equipment but has its drawbacks. One cannot cut an egg in both directions, only crosswise and although it will section or slice an egg the extra cutting layer is an irritation.

as a professional caterer my girlfriend gives this some hard use, we have just replaced the old one after 10 years hard service so we can recommend this item very highly.In domestic use it will last a lifetime.

Having had three plastic egg slicers, all of which broke and one broke when it failed to slice the first hard boiled egg, it is nice to have a piece of equipment which is strong and works well

does a nce job and feels well build. wires still get saggy and an adjuster would be good, but just run them under cold water to make them contract a bit does the job

Very good quality & what a useful tool - don't know how I managed without it! It's so good having two tools in one - takes up less space.

Really sturdy item which I know will last me a long time. Only down side is that you can't put it in the dishwasher.

Seems a bit stronger than some of the flimsy plastic egg slicers but I am still careful when slicing my eggs.

Only down side is that you can't change the direction of the cutter from horizontal to vertical.

This a robust and well made item , it allows you to slice the eggs or cut them in sections .
