I bought this to separate lots of egg whites for a gym diet regime, however, it can take a while for each egg to separate properly, (especially if you keep them in the fridge!), so no good if you are in a hurry to do a lot of eggs. Saying that, it was cheap and easy to clean, and haven't managed to find anything better yet!

This is a very useful tool for the purpose of separating yolk from white a very important thing in many recipes The illustration of the tool with a container is misleading it does not include a glass, but it fits easily over glass cup or small bowl
