I wear a 7 or 7 1/2 depending on the shoe manufacturer.- both a very difficult size to find. Many reviews noted the Portsmouth II run a bit big. I ordered the 7s and they fit perfect. I wear them with thinner dress socks in my office and have worn them thicker athletic socks and have not had a problem with heel slippage or other discomfort. I wore them around the house for several hours the day I received them. They broke in quickly (around 2 hours). The Keens are comfortable all day long. I like their breathability and the fact my feet do not sweat in them. The arch support is pretty good. . They seem to be well crafted and will most likely last me several years or longer. These were the first shoes I ever ordered on line, I would order them again

I’ve always loved Keen shoes. I originally found Keen shoes years ago at REI, and they have been my goto hiking gear ever since. I completed a thru-hike of the PCT in a pair of Keen ankle boots and had no problems with them, unlike some other gear I had. When I saw that Keen was making everyday looking shoes, I was overjoyed. The shoes felt great from the very first day. They support my semi-high arches really well without having to use an insert. The shoes are extremely well made and look fantastic with most outfits. Best of all, you can wear these all day and not feel like you need to soak your feet!I recommend Keen shoes to everyone!

The only reason I did not give these a five star rating is because the shoelaces break within a month or two. My boyfriend is a flooring installer and wears these every work day. This is his 3rd pair of Keens. He loves them. Has wide feet and a previous broken foot that never healed right and these shoes give him the support he needs. The covered toe keeps them from wearing too fast because he's always sitting on his feet installing. I'd send an extra pair of laces or give the customer the option to buy them separately. I can't find them anywhere.

This is my go-to shoe for many reasons: 1. As my feet have widened over my 66 years, this box toe is so comfortable. 2. Keens in general, but this model in particular, have great arch support. 3. Only two eyelets in each side makes it so much easier to widen or tighten the width than most shoes which have many more eyelets. 4. It's very durable. 5. It's waterproof. 6. It's good in all temperatures. 7. it's beautifully crafted. This is the only footwear that I have bought more than once over the years. I hope they never discontinue this one!

I already lean towards shoes with wide toe-boxes. And, while these are advertised as Width D (medium), Keen's typically run a little wide in the front of the show. That said, they are an immediate comfortable fit with little needed break-in time. However, as a sz12, I have some weight to me, and, after one day's use, the heels squeak while you walk. I don't know if that's because they still need some breaking in, or if it's the make of the shoe or my weight, but it's the reason why I gave these shoes a 4 instead of a 5.

This is the second pair I've purchased. I purchased the first pair from Duluth Trading Co. I bought them to wear in my woodshop. I liked them so much that I wore them for everyday use. They are very comfortable. I usually wear a size 12D. I purchased an 11.5 M. I like the rubber front because, on other shoes, every time I had to kneel down to do something, the toe would get all marked up. This does not happen with this shoe. It is well made and I have recommended to my friends.

... 10 years? My feet are wide at the front and most shoes are either too narrow at the front or too loose around the heels for me. Keens are the most comfortable shoes I have - 3 pairs now including a dress black pair for more formal occasions. Even the first pair is still serviceable for outdoor use, if becoming a bit worn looking the last year or so, having been used virtually every day over that entire period.

Love it, I had so much compliments from staff and clients. I had to change the insole. Which is a standard for me. No matter how much the she cost the insoles are the cheapest part of the shoes. I spend up to $185 on a running shoe and the first thing i do change the insole. The shoe is well made. So far 6 month of use the the sole still in top shape as well the leather. I just bought another one. Great product.

Get these if you have Morton’s neuroma or plantar fasciitis like me! The wide toe box and low heel make these superb for these foot conditions that I’ve been suffering from and they are the first shoes I’ve had in years that I hardly notice that I am wearing. I really hope they never change the design or fit. They are pricy, but well worth it if you suffer from the condition.

I like the arch support, build quality and general feel of the shoe. The delivery time was good too. First day wearing them I went for my usual lunchtime walk and managed to do 3.5km quick walk without any rubbing or issues. My only slight gripe is that it could do with a bit more breathability - they make your feet a bit damp by the end of the day.

I like the shoe. but I feel like I'm wearing somewhat of an orthopedic shoe when I have them on. will I continue to wear them? probably so. not taking anything away from the craftsmanship of the shoe they are made very, very well. the stitching is tight and the leather is extremely thick. they just look a bit clunky and not form fitting.

My husband thinks Keen footwear is the most comfortable brand out there. He has sandals, but wanted shoes. He wears size 14 which is very hard to find, so I ordered several options online for him to try. These were in his top 2, but he decided to go with the slip-ons so I had to return these. Great shoe - just preferred the other style.

LOVE these shoes. Comfortable and durable. I do a lot of walking and these are one of my favorite shoes to wear because they don't make my feet hurt. Plus, I can wear them to work because while they definitely don't look like dress shoes, they also don't look as casual as a sneaker. 10/10 positive experience with these shoes.

This is my husband’s 4th pair of these shoes. He likes that they don’t cramp his toes. They are his work shoes and he wears them daily. Says they are cooler during the summer months than his tennis shoes (sneakers). Only problem is he wears the shoe strings out before he wears the shoes out. Yes would recommend these shoes.

I bought two pairs of Keens about 11 years ago, one brown and one black. Despite daily wear, they eventually wore out and I was apprehensive about replacing them with shoes of the same quality. These fit the bill. They fit well, they are super comfortable, and I expect they will last me another 10 years!
