So, these are awesome insofar as they fit great in length and width. I went by the CM size because I get a better fit that way. I'm usually an 8.5 in women's but I am definitely a 25-25.5 cm shoe. These were labeled 25.5 and are a perfect fit in the length. They also work well in the width. My heel is comfy and the arch support isn't too great or too little. It curves with my foot and is just a step about being barefoot. The way I like it. It's enough cushion to keep rocks and gravel from hurting if I walk across them, but not so much that I can't tell what my foot is actually doing while I move. The thing I don't like so much is the heel strap. It is adjustable, but it's finicky and doesn't seem to want to fit right. It always seems a bit loose or a bit high. The strap can be pulled to the right so that it can be tightened through the clip, but then all the back part that cushions is super close together and can rub. If I let it back out, it feels a little loose. These are still great walking around shoes, but I don't think they're going to be my new lake shoes. They're just a little finicky. If I can get the strap situated, they'd be great. One other thing I worry about is the back strap that goes across the top of the foot is plastic and clips in instead of a Velcro type of strap like the front. I worry about break down. They're still cute and a solid shoe for comfort walking wise, but the back of the shoe needs some adjustment. It would have worked better if it were a Velcro fit so it could be adjusted more easily.

The men in my family love Keen sandals, shoes, and boots. I always recognized the quality in Keen footwear, but I've never owned a pair myself until a couple of months ago.  I loved my first pair of Keens so much that I decided to try these sandals too.My go-to brand for sandals and flip flops has always been Teva. I've always stuck with this brand for the comfort, padding, and long-last quality.  After trying these Keen sandals for a few days, I'm convinced I will like them just as much.  The sandals are very well-made, with premium materials.  They have fantastic padding and are comfortable when walking. One of my favorite features of this pair of sandals is the adjustable strap near the toes. This strap can be loosened or tightened to accommodate feet of differing widths. I really wish the strap near the ankle was also adjustable. This small change would make this a perfect sandal.I wanted to wait a few days before posting, since this pair of shoes has a lot of cut-outs in the strapping. I tend to have a problem with straps digging into the tops and sides of my feet, leaving me with itchy indentations (which I scratch until they become raw).   I'm happy to report that this was NOT a problem with these sandals.  After three days of wear, they never dug into my feet at all.  They are even comfortable for longer-term walking!

I love that these Keen open toe sandals have deep treads without the soles being too thick or clunky, but more than that, I love how comfortable these are despite their rugged nature. Although the heel is not adjustable -- more on that later -- the straps holding the foot in place and the toes are. I was afraid that the foot/ankle strap wouldn't fit my feet because of a high instep, but I extended it almost as far as I could -- and it worked. These run true-to-size or even a little large. I wear between an 8.5 and a 9, depending on the brand, and these Keens fit me perfectly in an 8.5 with a little extra room at the end.As mentioned above, the heel straps are not adjustable -- and I've decided that's a good thing.Although my heel straps feel loose, they move well with my feet and never fall down. Their real function is keeping my foot from coming out the back; they don't need to grip my heel, and the bit of free play works well whether I'm walking on flat ground or on tiptoes to reach something. The foot bed is cushioned and has decent arch support. The foot strap and Y-shaped pieces that hold the foot and heel straps help prevent ankle roll.I honestly can't wait for warm weather (or a vacation -- imagine that!) to wear these more than around the house.-- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

First, some people are saying they are not adjustable, but they are. The strap is just like a belt - you have to pull the entire ribbon around the entire ankle. Just look more closely, it's not a very good design, and there are not any instructions, but it DEFINITELY is adjustable. And that's really the crux of my complaint. Hopefully you only have to adjust it once. But the straps themselves are a very thin nylon ribbon. It's the thickness of a nylon strap bracelet. It's not very comfortable, it rubs against the skin, and I don't think this strap is durable. The clasp is thin plastic. Fortunately if this strap or buckle breaks, you can replace with any nylon strap.Everything else about is fine. The sole is comfy, though a bit thin. Tread is good, it has really good flex. But it also doesn't make a lot of sense, these are NOT field shoes, so I don't understand the rugged tread. If the straps were more durable, it would be ok as a field shoe. They are a bit on the thin side, so maybe this isn't for people with wide feet. I like them ok, but a bit disappointed to see Keen cutting corners.

I have several pair of KEEN shoes and rely on their quality and support. But at times they can be heavy and hot. In comes this style and I fell in love! It’s a great cross between a KEEN and a Chaco. It’s true to size. The style is sporty and the footbed is supportive and comfortable. That said, I first thought the ankle strap wasn’t adjustable (like many previous reviewers), but it is you guys! See the video attached to this review to see how. - - I really think it’s embarrassing for KEEN to design a shoe that’s adjustable, but its customers not know it - it should be intuitive. But after complaining to my husband that the ankle strap was too large and wouldn’t adjust, he investigated, and showed me how. LOL. Doh! - - So, overall I’m satisfied with this shoe but have two design issues: 1) it should be more intuitive on how to adjust the ankle strap, and 2) the ankle strap looks like it’s inside out - the underside of the strap faces out so it looks faded and out of place; bad design decision in my opinion. - - I hope you found this review helpful in making your decision!

Just a heads up the ankle strap is not adjustable. I have a size 7.5 foot and ordered the 8 and the fit is good. These are very comfortable sandals but I do find it odd that Keen designed a sandal that has an adjustable toe area but not the ankle as everyone has different sizes in that area. On me I have a "normal" size foot and ankle and these fit well. I would wear these for regular errands but would not wear these for any kind of hiking or trail walking. The quality of the straps are ok but not tough enough for stability for those activities. The soles do have good traction and the rest of the sandal is made good.

I am so happy to finally have a pair of Keens! I have pretty wide feet and I have bought and returned MANY Keen shoes over the years, ALWAYS because they aren't wide enough! But these sandals are fantastic! The straps over the toes are adjustable enough that I can get my wide feet in to them comfortably. And my feet don't hang out over the sides, either! I think they would be fine for normal width feet and possibly for narrow, too, because of how they adjust. I am impressed and am over the moon to finally be able to wear Keens!

These fit true to size. I ordered my usual 8.5 and they fit really well. I was worried the toe box would be too narrow (I like to have room for my toes), but they didn't feel constricted at all. These are great for days when your feet may be getting wet (rainy days, or playing on the back patio with my kids with their water table). These will be great for Disney on days that it looks like rain. They're super comfy and gave me know blisters from rubbing after wearing 3 days in a row.

These are so comfortable and nice looking. They go great with shirts or jeans. Fit true to size. Very well made and good quality.I live in a mountain area and I tell you these sandals feel great while walking trails. I would not even attempt that with regular sandals but these have good grip and seem to be anti-slip. The bands also don't leave marks or blister.I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who loves walking or looking stylish.

These are really great shoes for the summer. They are super lightweight, and so comfortable to walk in. These have really good arch support and have adjustable straps in the front and back, to make sure they're secure on your foot. Size is perfect, I wear 9 to 9.5 and they're just right. These are perfect for hiking but also as a water shoe, at the lake or beach. Look pretty good too! Absolutely recommend!

These sandals are really well made and feel really comfortable. They are very lightweight. The straps are adjustable which is great for smaller or larger feet and the tread is really great for when I am hiking or traveling. The color of these are really nice as well. I would highly recommend these sandals. They are true to size. I usually wear a 7 or 7.5. and have a narrow foot and these fit perfectly.

So many shoes are so bad for squeezing the toebox area of your foot. These are great because first, they're pretty generous across that area in the first place, but the straps also adjust if you need a little more room there! They're also adjustable in the ankle straps. The footbed is comfortable, not quite zero drop, but close! They feel stable and secure for active outdoor activities.

These are the most comfortable sandals I’ve ever worn. They fit my feet perfectly and provide support in all the right places. They’re rugged enough to handle hiking while being stylish enough for everyday, casual wear. The straps adjust easily for a nice fit and don’t rub or dig in anywhere. I love these sandals and am looking forward to warmer weather so I can wear them more often.

These sandals are so comfortable and light, it feels like you are walking on clouds. Walking sandals are usually bulky, but these are quite the opposite. I am a size 40 (EU) and they fit perfectly. The are wide and the straps are adjustable.I have a pair of Keen boots going on 16 years, still in a very good condition. I am a big fan of Keen brand.

These are true to size & very comfortable. They have adjustable straps on the heel & over the foot. The soles have good lug patterns that make these shoes good on wet surfaces or light hiking. They can get wet so I can wear them in the water or rinse them off when they get dirty. They are well made & sturdy.
