These sandals are fantastic. My cousin told me she loved them and had walked all over for 2 weeks in Italy in them last year. This year she plans to wear them all the time in Paris. I bought a neutral colored pair and have worn them several times this spring. I liked them so much that when I saw these cute red ones on sale, I just had to buy them! They are equally comfortable and look great with denim and red tops. As far as the fit is concerned, I always wear an 8 or 8 1/2 or a 38 or 39 in EU sizing. I initially bought my first pair in a 39 after trying them on. But somehow the arch and my heel seemed to be in the wrong place. So I went to my local Shoe Mill and tried the 40.

These sandals are so comfortable, not only for serious hiking but just for ordinary walks around the block. The are fully adjustable in all directions and therefore can be fitted exactly to you foot. I have quite wide feet which sometimes results in maybe needing a slightly bigger shoe, so with these being adjustable I actually dropped to a 39 instead of my usual 40. I love the colour, they are so smart and look forward to summer where it will be warmer to wear them. I must admit to being so excited by them that I have been out in sandals and socks - so un-cool. I tried a pair on in a shop in Wellington to get the fit right, before ordering from the US. I would support local if the price difference was only slight,

I love these sandals, even at the price I paid (summer sales price but still an investment in excellent walking sandals). A step up from clarks. I normally wear an 8.5 W but I find that a European 39 fix nearly as wide as a 8.5W. There are a great fix. At first the ball of the foot felt just a bit tight but then I adjusted the front strap and gave a little pull on the stretchy base of the front strap and they felt fine. When shopping for hours and they felt like they were custom made for my feet. All three straps adjust unlike my 2014 clarks that only the two straps around the ankle adjust. I also love the pale green color. It is also nice that the foot bed side color is gray instead of white.

My wife ordered these sandals and loves them! The attributes of these sandals include excellent quality leather, footbed lining, great soles with good grip for walking or hiking! They run slightly narrow but do have adjustable straps at the toe and ankle. If the manufacturer would add just 1/4" to the width of these for women that would be perfect. These sandals offer a soft lining on the footbed. Tevas, Chacos, and other brands have a rubber footbed which drys out the heel of your foot leading to painful cracks, ouch! So the Tevas have been abandoned and walking or hiking is a pleasure in these Eccos! The Yucatan is a better quality model than some of the other Eccos which are lighter.

I flew back from Colorado and the lady sitting next to me had these sandals on. I immediately noticed that her sandals were cute and the toe bed was not very deep. I have very long toes and I'm always looking for a sandal that does not expose the entire length of my toes. I ordered the shoes the next day and just now got them and I couldn't be more happy. I have a narrow foot and with the 3 adjustable straps, I was able to get a good fit. They are so comfortable, they feel like they were made just for me. The lady mentioned on the plane that they were a bit pricey---well, they are absolutely worth it! My only regret is that I can't thank the lady on the plane :-)

Comfortable fit and to walk in but only given four stars as arch support is minimal and, though the description calls them wedges, they're not. There is no height difference between the heel and toe due to the cushioning effect and it's therefore the same as walking on flat shoes which, for me, is agony on my calf muscles when walking my two dogs uphill. Great on level ground and uneven surfaces, well cushioned on soles and straps. All three straps are Velcro controlled so easy and comfortable adjustment, stylish and great quality. Fairly expensive but worth it on the whole but wouldn't, personally, buy again as not suitable for me during hill walking.

I love these shoes. I do have to add some orthotic pads to increase the arch support, but I have plantar fascitis. That said, these sandals have much better arch support than just about any other sandals I have tried.And they are super comfortable, totally adjustable. Can be worn without socks in the summer, with socks when it gets chilly...but I live in California where chilly is not very chilly.I wear them for days when it rains. Again, in CA we haven't had many of those days, but they are so much more comfortable to walk around in than cumbersome boots and they dry right away when they get wet with NO damage at all.A great all-around sandal.

I normally do not wear this type of sandal, but wanted a good pair to wear for golf in the heat of the summer. These are not normally for golf, but are similar to some golf sandals I had reviewed. After reading the reviews and loving the Ecco brand I decided to order these in red. Absolutely love the color. The fit is true to size. AND, the comfort is amazing! I work them the first time while playing 9 holes of golf. I am considering ordering another pair for non-sports that I won't put as much wear and tear on. You will not be disappointed with these sandals. They will be my go-to footwear this summer.

I bought a pair of Women's ECCO Yucatan sandals at the recommendation of my salesperson after I mentioned preparing for a trip to China with lots of walking. That was four years ago, and I put those sandals on and walked miles in them in China, Singapore and Taiwan. Great walking sandals, lots of support, and adjustable straps. I have worn them each summer practically daily since purchasing them. I just ordered a second pair at Amazon and was able to save some money (thanks, Amazon!); the first ones are not worn out, I'm just tired of the color!! Not much to look at, very sporty, but my feet love them!!

Thiis is my fourth pair of Ecco sandals, but first of the Yucatan. I bought the first pair to wear on a vacation following toe surgery. The adjustsable features appealed to me, as well as recommendation from a friend. I was so happy with the fit, comfort, styling and quality that I ordered another pair, which helped me walk comfortably on a trip to Hungary. They are my shoe of choice for anytime I need to walk a lot. Now I have developed one weak ankle, and this Yucatan does a great job of holding my foot. Yes, we pay more for Ecco, but the result is "happy feet" and a more enjoyable vacation.

I am really enjoying these ECCO sandals. My sister has a pair and she loves them too. They are so comfortable and feel like a part of your feet in that you don't even really notice them. They are very comfortable, provide support and I can wear them all day. I am 53 and I have to have shoes/sandals that are comfortable and supportive. I can't buy cheaply made shoes anymore. These are worth the price and I would purchase them again. I even like the style and the color options. They are great for wearing around the house or going on walks or a hike in.

I love my Ecco Women's Yucatan Sandals! I have very wide and nearly flat feet (like a duck) and sandals never fit me because to get them to fit my foot, I have to buy shoes that are a full size to short so my toes stick out. These shoes are totally adjustable and I can take them up enough that they fit really well. However, they are at the maximum adjustment to fit my skinny feet. I've gotten so many compliments on these shoes which is unusual for me since I either have to wear boy's shoes or shoes that are obviously too short for my long toes.

I discovered these brilliant sandals in Scandinavia while on holiday in 2013 and bought a pair...like other customers have said, I put them on in April and take them off in October. They’ve survived scrubbing, disinfecting (after not looking where I was stepping!) and miles upon miles of walking in all sorts of terrains - and after six long summers of hard wear they are still going strong, and still look good as new, despite being white! Have just ordered a duplicate brand new pair for when they eventually wear out, while I can still get them!

This is my 3rd pair of these sandals. I have worn them all over the world Africa, Amazon, Brazil, and good old USA. I have very hard feet to fit but these are perfect for my feet. I would wear all day everyday if I did not have to dress up for work and wear close toed shoes when working in a laboratory. Even with all the wear and tear I put them through they last 1-2 years. They are so comfortable that I often wear them on the treadmill while working out because they fit my feet better than any tennis shoes I own.

Apart from receiving these shoes in record time (would recommend this seller to anyone), they were received in perfect order, and fit like a glove .... well, a glove for feet! Seriously comfortable, true to size, adjustable straps, great colour ... if you're thinking of buying these, but aren't 100% convinced for whatever reason, rest assured they are great sandals. I have a multitide of foot problems, so am very limited in what I can wear. These sandals are so comfortable, and do not hurt my feet in any way.
