Super cute! Comfy, no arch support (bummer and kind of odd for Keen) however, there is a neoprene (or whatever material is) "elastic" strap under the ankle strap, so you can't open the show up, you have to slide into the shoe then fasten the "over strap". The "elasticy" strap is kind of tight. I tried wearing them with my arch supports, the non adjustable part of the ankle stap ( the elastic strap) was so tight across the top of my feet it caused significant edema/swelling on the top of my foot from the tightness. If I don't wear my orthotics in the sandal they are ok, but then zero arch support and for an OVER PRONATOR, it's bad news. Otherwise thumbs up on these.

The best shoe purchase I've ever made. I suffer from Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome and have had difficulty finding the proper support needed in shoes; aside from Athletic walking shoes that did not cause an increase in pain to my foot. I was looking for a sandal that could be used with dress clothes and found the KEEN Rose Sandals. I decided I would try these. I couldn't be happier with my choice/purchase. These Sandals are by far the most comfortable Sandals ever. The support and cushion is amazing. I have no pain in my foot. Best of all I can wear these with both casual and dress clothes! I am going to order more in different colors. I love the style; the comfort; the fit.

Not only do these look great but they're super-comfy too. I've worn Keen walking sandals for years and, in the past, have always gone for Venice and been happy with them. Needed new ones this year and ordered Rose (which I'd never seen before) at same time for comparison. They fitted like a glove the moment I tried them on and made the Venice sandals seem heavy and clunky and pretty ugly. Pottered around the in my new Rose sandals on day one and risked them on a strenuous 28k walk the next day. They took it all (the many ups and downs, the rocks and roots, the mud, grit, pebbles and sand); they remained comfortable throughout and and I had no blisters or chafing at all. Happy customer here.

Another amazing pair of Keens. I ordered 10.5 and they fit perfectly. I have really high arches and a high instep, no problems. Fit perfectly from day one. Some reviewers complained about the neoprene ankle strap under the Velcro. I like it. You can tighten it if you need to. But the neoprene means you can leave the Velcro closed and slip them on without stretching them out. Awesome. Super comfy. I agree with the reviewers that said this is not a great water shoe. Too much water, puddle, rain, sweat can make the foot bed slippery. I found any rain or puddle dried off the foot bed very quickly so no trouble for me. Lots of compliments on the black and grey pair.

These are the first sandals I've found in years that have a dressy, "business casual" look and yet have all-day comfort with good toe coverage that doesn't look geeky. I'm on my feet at least 60% of my 8 hour day, and they have been great. That said, I also think they would hold up during a canoe trip just fine! Luckily, I found one pair in burnt henna when I shopped locally, and went with 1/2 size smaller than I usually choose -- they fit like a glove. So, I ordered the same size in black, and Amazon super-saver shipping came earlier than the estimated delivery date. Hope they come out with more colors! Thanks, Keen! Thanks, Amazon!

I have two other pairs of this same sandal in different colors and they are the most comfortable shoes I own! However this third pair in the same size is much narrower across the ball of my foot and thighter around the ankle than the others. I am afraid a larger size will be too long, so I have had shoe stretchers in them for several days, hoping to remedy the problem. So disappointed.! I’ve had a similar problem with my favorite brand of jeans too, and have discovered that sizing really varies depending on where they were actually manufactured. So I would say if you buy them from this source, expect the shoes to run narrow.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable! I was looking for something that was versatile & looks good with any number of outfits . . . These are it! Yesterday I took my kids to the park & was told I was the lava monster so I ended up doing a lot of running . . . These were great for the impromptu activity! I actually decided to keep 2 pairs in different neutral colors because I will be using them in the river, too! I am a size 10 women in running shoes (with socks) & originally ordered a 9.5, but they were too big so I exchanged them for a 9. I also have a narrow foot, but these worked. I am very happy with my purchase!

I fell in love with the style of these sandals; they're able to hold up to all day wear, and have a feminine style to compliment their tough nature. However, take note that with these great sandals comes the risk of the pinky toe poking out of the side of the sandal. I'm ultra-sensitive to the peek-a-boo pinky toe, and refuse to sport any wild toe action, so I ordered a 9 & 9.5. I'm thankful I took the extra caution, because the size 9 were too narrow and left my pinky toe threatening to escape out of the side strands. Nonetheless,the 9.5 fit and will embark on new journey's this weekend.

I have lots of issues with my feet - too wide for most shoes, arthritis, bunion, hammer toe, flat feet, etc; and have difficulty finding shoes that fit and are comfortable. These don't look at all clumpy either. Very pleased with them. I bought them for dog walking over country paths and have found them comfortable and am surprised that they don't seem to pick up grit. I usually have to stop at least once on a walk to empty out my old walking boots. I'm a size 4, but usually have to buy a 5 to get sufficient width. I was able to comfortably fit into a 4.5 with this design though.

These sandals have an adjustable strap at the top of the ankle that also affects how much tension is on the back of your heel (at your Achilles). If they feel loose in the back, you adjust the front velcro strap and it fixes it. If the back of the heel feels too snug and is rubbing you can just loosen the velcro up front and it works well. I have feet that typically fit 9.5 shoes and the 9s fit me perfectly. My feet are also wide and these are moderately wide sandals so they work very well. The toe guard is the outstanding feature here. Very comfy shoes.

Second pair. I have the red. Wore my first pair everywhere and most of the year. Wanted a second pair to go with the things that the red won't go with. BUT the red goes with a lot of things. Went camping this weekend. I was in and out of the water, great for being so all-purpose! Wore my new black ones to a meeting this week. Two people commented on how nice looking they were. I like this style because they are not bulky looking. Like I said, you can wear them almost anywhere, from church to camping. The sizing is true to my regular shoe size.

I love these sandals. They are comfortable, and versatile. I can wear them to the office, on a bike ride, or on a hike with no issues. I get complements on them all the time. My only complaint is that they smell. I don't have an issue with smelly feet except when I wear these sandals. it says it is odor resistant, but t is not. the material doesn't allow for your foot to breathe. I have to wash them quite often and spray them with anti odor stuff to keep my feet from smelling. Despite this, I think this is a great shoe for anything.

As many have noted, this shoe has a tight ankle strap IF YOU HAVE BIG ANKLES OR A HIGH INSTEP. I have a high instep and it is indeed tight (but I think endurable.) My other Keens do not have the wet-suit material connected the whole way across my ankle like these do and that makes my other pair easier to get into and out of too. Also, these feel like there is a little less arch support than in my other Keens. Still, I am keeping them and hope they work well for my vacation (where I will be walking a lot on cobblestones.)

I like these. They fit well and are not bad looking. You can get away with wearing them with a skirt. They would be better if the entire sole matched the straps, that way it would mask the athletic look. I decided to return them because I purchased them for an upcoming trip to Hawaii that's not till November. Have not gotten the complete itinerary yet so not sure if I will need something like this. This sandal would be great if you needed one pair of shoes that could be for off road and casual wear.

Best sandal I have ever had, for these reasons: true to size, half size available, comfort upon wearing, stylish and NOT frumpy. Nice total support, toe protection, goes with all: including pants, shorts, skirts, leggings and dresses. Could wear in fall with tights. Can I say more? Pricey but ,durable. I have had another pair for a year, and they still look fairly new even though I have "walked alot in them shoes". Bought another in black, but PLEASE MAKE THEM IN WHITE!!!!!!
