This kettle looks great and despite coming in a small box, it's quite a large kettle, which is good.Love the design and the two tone colour combo and the light where the filling gauge is also lights the on/off button, giving off a nice white glow (when you go into the kitchen at night with just low lights on).The only thing that surprised me is the lack of a hinged or spring loaded lid. If I'd paid the full RRP on this, £80, I'd be more disappointed. That's a lot to pay for a kettle that has a pull on/off lid. As it is, you pull off the lid at some point after use, the condensation that's gathered round the lid then drips onto whatever surface you're holding the lid over. If it was attached to the kettle,

We've had terrible luck with kettles over the past couple of years. Kettles that leaked from the filling gauge, from the button/lever/switch, from the spout, kettles that wouldn't switch on properly or just failed to switch on at all. Finally, after buying this it seems our kettle woes are at an end.We've actually had the kettle now for 3 months and had not a single problem with it. It looks great, it's light, pours really easily (as proclaimed by the wife on multiple occasions) and we have no concerns over the button, the gauge or anything. Boils fairly quickly on a full load, but isn't the quietest kettle, so bear that in mind.Additional edit: We have now had this kettle for well over a year and still not a single problem with it.

I've not had the kettle long but so far it's all positives. The kettle is very good looking, not important to some but to me it is, i like my kitchen to be beautiful. My favourite part of the kettle is that it doesn't drip water when pouring. The spout is designed for a perfect pour every time, no more drips or puddles on your kitchen tops. Very easy to clean. The filter is robust and works well, it should easily last the kettles lifetime. So far very happy :)

I love this kettle! The appearance is so contemporary and matches my new kitchen perfectly. It's light to lift, has a super non-drip pouring spout and a pretty blue light on when it's boiling. One of the nicest kettles I've had.

Bought to match the kettle I had. Was really pleased with this product. Lots of nice features such as defrost setting and timer function to stop toast burning. Looks great too

There is nothing to dislike about this kettle- it is very nice looking, extremely lightweight and boils wick let and quietly. Very very happy with it.

Lovely looking kettle and toaster set, looks great in my kitchen. Not too noisy and a nice touch with the metallic switches.

Love it. More expensive than we planned to pay but looks good, quiet boil, easy open lid, pours well and water tastes fine.
