ive had a fair few irons over the years , mostly been morphy richards comfi grip brand , but they have changed over years and not so impressed. saw this in sale , wanted a long cable as many are too short these days.i am so happy as it is a dream to iron with. school shirts, chef whites, bed linen all done with minium effort now.you can see water level , has a great cord length and it doesn't coil up so you cant un - stretch it . great steam . may be heavy for some when full of water .

I bought this iron to replace the steam generator I had for over a decade. I decided to go back to traditional style iron for ease of use and storage. I did some research and was pleased to come across this iron Breville being a trusted brand for many appliances in my household. I’ve had it a couple of months now and I’m very impressed. It glides over creases making light work of them and has reduced my ironing time. I love the design and colour and it doesn’t need much room for storage.

Looked at all the steam irons available at Argos and this one came out on top. It is stylish, has a smooth sole plate and generates powerful and plentiful steam and holds a lot of water (all more than average) It is a bit larger than usual which is good, however be aware that it is slightly heavier than especially when full but don’t let that put you off. Definitely recommend this iron. You won’t be disappointed. Best iron I’ve ever used. Ps. You can easily see the water level.

This is a great iron. Heats up VERY fast and the precision tip is amazing. Irons I’ve had before have never been able to get in the nooks and crannies of clothes but this iron does just that! The steam pressure is fast so really irons out creases fast. It has a long lead, so stretches quite far. Has a self clean and auto scale feature which is great. Only minus, I sometimes catch my fingers on the temperature control dial when I grab the handle.

We have struggled with an old iron for years, that had likely given up long before we did. This new iron has made the task so much easier with steam tinctures that do what they say they do. Heat up time is a god send compared to the old kit. Really impressed with how easily this iron glides across garments whilst removing creases with ease. REALLY PLEASED

Good solid iron, nice wide plate, clothes come out crease-free. Has a good steam feature which I'd not seen before, allows you to steam vertically e.g. clothes on a hanger, curtains etc. Its nicely sized with a respectable cable length too. My only gripe is getting used to the different buttons for steam, but that's more me than the iron I think!

I found this a great iron. It really does the job easily getting through tough creases. It has a good long cord, heats up quickly and has a nice large footplate. It also has a nice heat indicator feature for safety. It can be a bit heavy when filled and does spit water a bit but that's to be expected. Otherwise really good.

After rinsing and setting up, this iron is a dream come true. It makes mincemeat if even the hardest creases and makes ironing a breeze. Heats up very quickly, easy to control temperature, fast acting steamer and glides over fabric like butter. Would highly recommend this product, wish I’d got one a long time ago!

Oh my! This is a step up from the previous model, the cheaper one that is still on sale at Argos... it literally glides with such ease! The steam is on point, decent length cord and it looks so modern and stylish! Love the colour as well! Irons in less time! Makes ironing so much more fun! Thanks!

Pleased with the iron and all it does. Nice size sole-plate, steam boost good, modern look. The instructions are very straightforward. Glides nicely over garments and removes creases easily. Some may say a little heavy but I don't mind this. Bought while on offer from Argos so very satisfied.

The iron is a little heavy, ironing is very easy, the cord is excellent length, so I don't have to stant next to the socket when ironing. I like about this iron the easy fill, heat indicator, powerful steam and of course the look. I didn't like ironing but with this iron it is a pleasure.

I can honestly say his is the best iron I have ever owned, It glides over your clothes removing creases with very little effort, the burst of steam does the job perfectly. I have a couple of duvet covers that are really difficult to iron but not with this iron. I am a happy bunny.

Ironing has to be my most hated chores - this certainly helped! It’s easy to use and set up. The temperature controls are simple and clearly marked. It looks fantastic - modern and stylish. Works fantastically, I’ve found myself ironing a lot more since purchasing!

This is a stylish iron & really easy to use. It isn't bulky or heavy, sleek design makes getting into tricky spots a breeze. Heats up quickly making linen and shirts a breeze to get through. Good length cord and is easily sored away.

I bought it after reading what it does, and does exactly what it says. Price was value for money, heats up quickly and steam is great as needed a steam iron. It was also on offer and auto shuts off which is great when one forgets.
