All in all a good iron loads of steam a breeze over really creased items, even using the iron without steam on is very good. I'm glad I brought it and just brought a 2nd for my daughters birthday, would recommend.It uses a lot of water as you would expect because of the amount of steam it generates, you can only use bottled water or filtered water to help stop lime scale build up. I have a American fridge freezer which is plumbed in so use water straight from there as its filtered.The brush attachment is a bit whack as it keeps coming off and has to be fitted on a cold iron and burns your fingers trying to re-attach it which is a shame as it does work.

This iron is brilliant. It is the same size and weight as any average iron. It will take same amount of water so you will need to refill it quite often if your doing a lot of ironing at once and using the continious steam button. It cut through the creases with ease, it ironed my bedding in half the time of my old iron. Ironing is not so much of a chore. It heats up quick so is great if you just need to give clothes a quick press. Also comes with a attachment brush so you can steam clothes for freshness. The sole plate wipes clean so no more ugly dark marks.My Best Buy so far this year loving it.

This is without question the best iron I have ever owned or used. The only 3 issues I can find if I'm being really picky is it goes through water like its got a hole in the tank, the small supplied jug needs about 3 uses to fill the iron and it doesn't heat up as fast as irons I've owned previously. As long as you've got a large supply of water once it's heated up you will have a dream iron. Also the replacement guarantee was awesome as I dropped mine and the replacement was with me in a couple of days a must if you're clumsy or have children/pets that may knock it off the side.

I bought this a couple of months ago. What a great iron, the steam feature is excellent, had a Russel Hobbs, steam iron before but the steam never worked properly. JML have certainly lived up to there claims. Lovely smooth ironing no creases left after applying the steam button. I injured my right wrist so have been ironing with my left hand, turned out to be no problem as the steam feature made it effortless. just a little heavier than my old one. But can still manage.

What a super cool iron! Ironing is no longer a chore, it's a pleasure! The only downside is that it doesn't need re-filling every 8-10 minutes, which is a pain but for the ease of ironing, definitely worth it. the room can get very steamed up quickly especially with the amount of steam it kicks out, but when I tumble dry jeans and they come up knotted up and creased, it glides over them and makes them look brand new with no effort at all!

This is actually my second Phoenix in 3 years... my old one was dropped from quite a height when putting back in the cupboard and unfortunately cracked, but there was no question that we would purchase the exact same one again. My husband wears a dress shirt every day & being ex-army is very particular about how he (not me!) irons them. He claims this is the best iron he’s ever used. Would recommend it to anyone.

Used the iron today & flew through the ironing. It was easy to fill, no air bubbles stopping the filling. It was quite weighty, but not too heavy. Got the creases out no problem. I also used the steam blast on a couple of blouses & was very impressed, I've never found that to be of any use on any iron I've used previously.Would highly recommend this iron, great value for money

My god this iron is fantastic , in built steam generater pumps out loads of steam and literally ploughs through the ironing like butter . You will not be disappointed the best iron I have ever bought , slightly on the heavy side so if you have arthritis maybe not suitable for you but on a plus note money well spent , not a 100 % recommendation buy a 200 % well done JML x

I bought this iron a couple of weeks ago and used it for the first time today, I absolutely love it. I've had a steam generator iron before but, never without the a big water tank underneath. The sole plate just glides over the fabric and it's great being able to turn the steam button off when sorting out your next item to iron. Overall I think it's well worth the money.

Last week we ordered This iron it arrived very quickly and from the moment I opened it o was thrilled my daughter works in the catering industry so Washing And Ironing it daily This iron madeLife so easy instantly ,it glides accross uniform and makes life really easy the Steam is brilliant Amanda even able to steam iron items hanging up ,really very Happy with This

I bought this about 3 weeks ago,must say it's not like any iron I've ever used the steam button makes it so easy,steam on steam off it's as simple as that,really big water filter but I guess that comes as standard with the amount of steam that comes out so does need topping up quite often,it's early days yet but I'm really happy with it

I bought this iron about two weeks ago as so far it's brilliant I speed through my ironing the only issue I have is if i put the steam level on high the water goes really quick so I'm constantly having to refill it but it's a great product no problems with it the lead is extra long which is a bonus and I would recommend it deffinately

We have owned many irons over the years from cheap sub £10 ones up to expensive £100 plus ones. Well hands down this is the best one we have ever had. Excellent features; weight and steam control. Wish we had bought this sooner. It is very quick and efficient I can't recommend it highly enough and such a great price from very.

This is the best Iron I have ever bought! I keep it on full steam and you only need to iron one side its amazing. I have done vertical steam on the curtains, sofa and cushions with ease and little effort. It does use a lot of water but I don't mind as i'm getting through all the ironing in half the time. Would recommend.

I was a lityle wary anout ordering this after reading other commentsI am so glad i didIt is fantastic Cut my ironing time in half and works wellLove that i only have to iron one side and both are crease freeThe water spout cover has a knack to opening but now i know how its fine,not had any issue with leaking
