These are a great shoe for out on the trails, grassland, woodland etc. The grip from these shoes is fantastic on decents even in slippery conditions. These are my second pair. My others are two years old and still well functioning. I would definitely go for the goretex versions. I made a hickup and chose the none gortex ones. Doesn't detract from the shoe being brilliant, but my feet get wet so unless thats what your after....go for the goretex! One slightly low point. On certain tarmac, or concrete flat surfaces, they can show signs of tread slip in wet conditions on streets and roads so be wary. I'm going for another pair of goretex as soon as I can because they're amazing!

Love this shoe, love the laces. It has a good fairly roomy toe box without being too big while the shape of the shoe near the foot is a little trim. This works great for my shaped foot. There is a trade pattern, knobby style, which really aids in comfortable walking and hiking and dirt. I just mean the sole is not flat. Also, the fit and finish of the shoe is not super high quality like maybe on a Nike running shoe. Yes its totally fine and doesn't really matter, but it does look slightly like it came off an automated production line somewhere and magically ended up in the store on your foot. No problem giving it 5 stars, would recommend, and love Salomon.

These lite hikers are great for day or overnight hikes. They provide the correct amount of protection at the ankle and sole areas without being clunky. The main reason I buy these is the sole traction which is unsurpassed. I hike on muddy, rocky, wet, icy , mossy trails where I cannot afford to fall. These are excellent for this purpose. The four star rating is because of the laces which are a bit finicky. Note: I keep these off of hard surfaces to minimize sole wear.

Really like the shoes haven’t really hiking and yeah I’m debating on using the pair I had before Solomons It’s almost the same shoe I was trying to get the same brand but a different type altogether but I get stuck on sticki it’s on with the same shoe I was trying to get the same brand but a different type altogether.! But I seem to get all overwhelmed and I make it so hard on myself choose so funny.

Very good shoes at a good price, Salomon brand is always a guarantee. To release them, I did a 2-hour walk along uneven paths, very cobbled, and no problem, even because they were new, they caused me friction or discomfort, they fit perfectly. Good quality materials and very comfortable. Shipping without problems, it took about 7 days (they already warned before purchase) and it was.

Without a doubt, I, my wife have them and I bought some for my father. There is almost nothing like Salomon. They adapt to the shape of each foot without leaving hardly any after-effects. They do not damage, they do not slip, you can do crossings, routes, descents, walks ... of 20/30 km perfectly as if nothing else. Without a doubt ... an A

Very good quality of materials and finish that of the Salomon X Ultra 3. I changed a size 47 1/3 for a 48 because I had something left, and I have managed the return easily and carefully. Both the first order I made and the second one have been served in a couple of days. Very happy with the deal. Totally reliable and recommended.

I bought the sense Goretex version and in semblen spectaculars.Calcen molt bé el peu i la seua commoditatà is very high.Bons materials and remarkable behavior.It's a dab's return.Per cert, tingue in full size, Solomon always goes by baix, jo I fit a 44 and I have acquired a 45 1 / 3.Em van perfectes.

I bought these shoes for light hiking and walking in the snow. They are very comfortable and easy to get on/off. I haven't had any issues with my feet getting wet since the upper overlays offer some protection, even though this isn't the GoreTex model.

Shoes are probably great, but it’ll be a while before I find out. Apparently Gear Coop is in the business of selling used shoes at new shoe prices (complete with grass and dirt on the soles). Take a look at the pictures.

Another quality iteration of the X Ultra. Very good traction on the mud and even on the wet rock, this non-GTX version is also much more breathable! Comfortable and recommended for use on randonee / daily.

Good price / quality ratio. My second X Ultra 3 shoes are great product, very comfortable for long walks and offer safety on uneven floors. Delivery was super fast. I've placed several orders all OK!

My shoe arrived as stated since It had to come to Western Canada . Fit is perfect and so is quality of shoe and manufacturing. Love the lace up system ( second pair of Saloman shoes with such ).
