At first I thought this all button radio would be impossible to operate simply. But found that when on externally powered there is only the power button needed if the selection at the previous off was the radio. Then in externally powered mode there is the need to make the selection of the mode after turning on which needs knowledge of an extra button [mode].

Took me a while to set up, and I am usually good at this, Great for a small radio, good LCD. Three ways to recharge batteries (included).so never need to worry about running out of charge. If you are looking for something very small that fits into your hand then this is for you.Excellent customer service.

Approximately 8 hour battery life, but nevertheless this is a great and compact radio, good value for money and small enough to take with you with out too much weight, and doesn't take up much space.Great buy

New radio received and very pleased. Hope my problem with the crank handle of first one was just unlucky, as otherwise very impressed with the device.
