I bought this to convert my old LPs and my music CDs,This is so easy to use I never even had to read the instruction book,the sound from the speakers isn't brilliant but acceptable,although this is very light it seems well made and great quality,I love the red colour of this and I will now be converting my old music collection,once you record your file onto a sub stick or sad card it will be named e.g.number1 so all you have to do is write down the track names to the number onto a piece of paper then when you are finished plug it into your PCs and then rename the files from e.g.number1 to e.g. ELTON JOHN ROCKET MAN ect,so easy,before I transfer my vinyl I have ordered a good quality vinyl

I got this as a birthday present a year ago and loved it. All that of viny that had lain dormant for two decades in the loft came back out in its warped and crackly glory. I've even bought some new ones.Okay, we all know vinyl is a pain. It scratches, it warps and takes up space, but it's a wonderful medium. This stand alone player lets me play all those old LPs and 45s. If I had any 78s I could play them too. And I can play CDs. And I can record off it. And it looks great.I did have a problem with the CD after 14 months of use and GPO exchanged it with no quibble for a new one.The only drawback is I've had trouble linking it to an amp and the internal speaker is adequate, not outstanding.

It was my daughters 18th birthday, she had been talking about getting a turntable for a long time so i got this and was delighted with it and so was she i hardly see her now and she has all my records from the 80's to play. It was delivered when they said it would come. It sounds great love the colour unfortunately she has to do her room up now to go with it. Packed well i would recommend anyone to get one they have black and cream but love the red, and it has all the up to date stuff with remote control love it.

Feels kinda cheap plastic for the outer shell, but gives out a good sound. Looks the part if you’ve an American design diner/deco etc., wish it came in a nice grey/silver design other than the black and red. Just re designed all my home, and I’ve got the red one, which suited my decor at the time, now I’ve changed the look of my room, I really would love a grey/silver one ~ with having the red, I may have to inject some red soft furnishings into my scheme, so that the player blends in ~ the things we do eh?

It is a great piece of equipment and smooth sounding unit with perfect Retro Appearance just what I wanted.The first one was exchanged with no quibble due to faulty CD Player but the new one works very wel with clean sound on LP's CD and Radio.Radio Tuning is very positive - Record playing could not be simpler and CD has all of the normal functions needed.I have not used the SD and USB slots as I have no use for them.Well Packed in Three Nested Boxes - Excellent

I bought this hifi system because it looks really good and in the sixties retro style. Although it looks old fashioned 'which it is meant to' it also has very modern features such as being able to record onto a USB stick or sd card. The sound quality is very good also with its built in speakers. I would recommend this system as it looks great and has great sound quality. Fantastic unit for the price. You can record LPs and CDs and the sound quality is excellent.

Wow brill product for the price, really surprising ly pleased with this! Our music taste varies from metal punk to ska so the speakers on here deal with all genres well and are pretty loud were going to get extra speakers but not sure we have to now! I never write reviews or recommendations but if you want a record player cd player that looks decent then I highly recommend this, even turned up 2 days early, very impressive x

My husband was very impressed when I bought him this for christmas! He has always wanted to play records again and this works well. You may want to add speakers to it but for the size of room we use it in, the sound quality and volume are great! The retro look is great which was a relief as I was worried it might look a little too plastic and cheap! It is proudly on display and gets positive comments from all who see it!

does exactly as described only slight complaint is speakers could be better when on record playing .Great to hear my old records again and now can also hear them in the car after recording to USB stick.Cd And radio fine pity not DAB radio these days but purchased for being able to listen and record my old singles and LP`s . Supply first class turned up 2 days early that first told when order placed.

I bought this item for my girlfriend for Christmas. She absolutely loved it, and said its the best present she has ever had. speakers are perfectly loud enough even though they are built in speakers. good sound quality and lots of features. this is still getting me the special kind of love that's normally saved for Christmas and birthdays ;-) if you get me. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Just taken delivery of my Retro GPO Memphis Turntable, what a delight. The look of it takes you back to 50/60's brings back all those memories. We are now able to play all the LP's from our past. The memories start flooding back the moment that the stylus touches the record with that all familiar click. The sound of the record is perfect. We are so pleased with this purchase.

Very happy with my purchase, I needed an all in one system, turntable, speakers, radio and CD player, this was perfect. For the price I paid cannot complain. It also came with an extra stylus. A nice compact size, good sound. Love the retro look, fits in perfect with my surrounding furniture. If you are looking for a system to play the good old vinyl then this fits the bill!

I am so thrilled with this. I have kept a selection of 78s, 45s and 33s for decades. And now I can play them again… I haven't tried the CD or MP3 part, but I am having fun going down memory lane with the records I treasure from teenage years! I have had no problem so far with background noise (which I have seen worries others)… and the retro style is such fun!

Not had it long but so far seems quite good. The speakers are a bit lacking in depth but to be honest I wasn't expecting great things for the money. It has outlets for external speakers so should you see the need it can accommodate. It as a present for my wife to play her old vinyl on and on that front it's done well. She's very happy with it.

I am very pleased with this turntable ! It is neat, has a good tone, doesn't take up much room and is pleasing on the eye. After a long gap of not being able to play cd's and long playing records owing to my previous mini hifi just packing up, this is a really good replacement. It arrived promptly and was well packaged. Thank you.
