After buying a new kitchen with a double white porcelain sink I quickly realised that I'd need sink mats to avoid firstly scratching the bottom of the sink and secondly breaking every glass we have.Review of other cheaper sink mats suggested that they quickly got stained and smelly and as I like the good grips brand and these looked more robust I thought I'd try them out.So far after 2 months I'm not disappointed. No staining despite being subjected to curry. Easy to clean and look just as good as when I bought them. A good quality item and worth the money if they last.Only problem I have is that they 'float' when I use them, unless I pin them down with an item of washing up first! Not a major issue,

Not quite the right size for my sink but closer than others. That said, I quite like this. It does float up a bit but this is not really a problem whilst actually washing up. Makes it a bit tricky to clean though I have had through the dishwasher a couple of times - so far without mishap (don't think this is actually recommended). Stops things bashing on the ceramic sink bottom and I hope this prevent damage to both items and actual sink. Seems to be working... Also it doesn't have the strange smell that a previous flexible sink mat had!

We bought this just because our landlord wanted us to have something in the sink so it didn't get scratched or damaged. He had this ugly black bucket that he wanted us to use. We might as well clean or stuff in the garden right? in any case, we looked for the simplest best looking sink protecting thingy, and this was the best of all. its dish washable, so there you have it. I like it, wouldn't say i love it cause i don't love anything related to dishwashing. I am certainly satisfied! five starts to OXO for this product!!!

Excellent value for money very robust I bought this for a friend.I have had one for about six years and is still in good condition.It stops the bottom of the sink getting scratched and it fits my stainless steel sink perfect.When I had my old sink it was a little small for the size of my sink, but still it was the best one I have had.I would recommend this one as it is easy too clean and still looks like new.One thing it does it floats to the top when their are no pots in the sink but I don't find that a problem.

excellent for our kitchen sink after wasting money on cheaper versions. You get what you pay for! Has lasted well and become part of our kitchen...... it sits on little legs that allow debris to gather in the plug strainer and also it has not stained after 2 months, and I have an allotment and cook a lot of beetroot, if you know what I mean. Only reason not 5 stars is because if nothing else is in the sink but soapy water it does float, but quiet honestly I have not really found this a problem.

This is by far the best sink protector I have purchased the main reason being that it does not splash water all over me and my work surfaces every time I run the tap! I have only had it about a week but have not found it to float as some reviewers have said and so far it still looks in pristine condition. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to protect their sink without the need to wear a bathing costume!

An exact replacement of one I have had for years which had eventually deteriorated . Excellent, lightweight, rigid and easy to rinse & store when not actually being used in sink. Protects delicate items like glasses and saves sink being scratched or marked by knives etc. when washing up. Small ridges raise it slightly from bottom of sink so it doesn't stick to the bottom or flop. Wouldn't be without it.

Fits the sink a treat, far better than the hard plastic cheap ones. It is dishwasher safe so can be kept clean easily.It does NOT float as stated in one reviewers review , it sits very nicely at the sink bottom. Mine does not smell at all because it is put regularly into the dishwasher. I recommend this product.

Bought this as my new ceramic sink, was getting scratched by pots and pans. This is great, just fits on the bottom of the sink and protects it. As other reviewers have said, it does rise up, if there's nothing to keep it in place, but personally, that's really not a problem. Would highly recommend this

Scoured internet for better picture, dont bother none out there, so decide to just order it & see, well its perfect excellent quality well thought out stylish product, well worth the extra money compared to cheap versions. Still looks like new, rubber inside the framework doesnt stain. 10/10 from me

Second one of these we've had, they are excellent and last, especially if regularly checked underneath for debris and kept well cleaned.Flutes on the underside ensure any little food pieces etc when rinsed off plates, easily flow underneath and out the plughole.

Love the simplicity of this mate. Very easy to keep clean.One thing to note is that it floats which seems a bit strange.Any way excellent protection for sink which is what I wanted.Always get good items from OXO.Top marks to Amazon as usual .

I bought this to replace a metal one I had got from Amazon only a few months ago, but had rusted badly! This OXO one is great, able to be washed in the diswasher and protects both sink and crockery well.

Fits well in the sink. Renains rigid, which I like, protects the sink very well. Yes it does discolour somewhat over time, but nothing lasts forever. Still good value.

i bought this mat & it is fantastic for my sink, i have bought many before but this one is the best.i would recommend to any person who needs to buy the mat
