I ll be the first to admit that these boots are expensive, but that are a quality boot well made,durable and really comfortable. My first pair of meindl boots I had was when I did my first tour in afgan, that kept my feet in good condition while everyone else were suffering with other makes of boots, if thay can survive the conditions over there thay can survive anything. Well made comfortable like wearing trainers but with the support your ankles need well worth saving up for.? Last bit. I m a size 7 but I bought a size 6 and a half for a snug fit wearing normal socks.
