REALLY well made boots, memory foam on back of ankle is a dream for me, but unfortunately seems to be somewhat narrower than the similar style of boot i bought from Meindl and used everyday for approx 15 years dog walking and holidays in rugged terrain. I thought they may have been ok, but i got blisters within 15 mins of walking in them. But please be aware this is completely my OWN fault , not the company in any way, I (personally) should not of bought something like this over internet. Fortunately, they fit my mum, and she loves them(phew) so all is not lost. I will still be purchasing Meindl boots, but I'm doing it the old fashioned way and going to a well advised walking shop!!!I have been sooooo happy in my old Meindl boots,

hi took a chance on these boots on a recommendation was worried about sizing as my feet can swell now and again, bought normal size and fit is great. instantly comfortable and no need for breaking in excellent. i have never spent this amount of money on any foot wear before but in this case worth ever penny. love them. bought for walking the dog.....

meindl are hard to beat and very comfortable and durable..had this pair stretched at local cobblers in oswestry for my friend she loves them... had my own pair which i work in for 5 yrs now ..marvellous

Great pair of hiking boots. Have had 2 pairs previously - this is only my third pair of boots in over 30 years of hillwalking. They last very well and fit like a glove. Highly recommended.

Excellent super comfortable and robust boot. Is a replacement for identical boots that were eventually worn out. Highly recommended.

This was the fourth pair bought over the years always fit like a glove , comfortable hard wearing and value for money

Fantastic boots, so my partner says, never wears any other boot when outside walking or working!
