Easy to install as a straight wall-mount although the screws supplied are not up to the task. Flexibility of heat and fan gives versatility. No-heat flame effect excellent.Could be improved by altering the design slightly to make the controls visible.Good looking and recommended.

Delivery as quoted, I have installed it and it looks very good.Flame effect is also realistic and relaxing, not used the heating much as we have had some warm weather, but trial of heating appears to be ok

we've had this fire for 18 months now and we still love it. The glow makes the room cosy and the 2KW heater makes the room lovely and warm very quickly, no need to have the full gas heating system on.

This sits nicely on the wall, it’s an unobtrusive size and the flame effect looks attractive. The slight humming sound when the warming fan is switched on is generally drowned out by TV etc.

It wasn't that easy to assemble purely because I had it recessed and there was a lot of prep prior to instalation. We have not used it for heat output purely for the excellent flame effect.

I love this product it is efficient, easy to operate and fit and looks great. Very pleased with the product and amazed by the excellent delivery as it came in 24 hours. Fantastic

Very nice looking electric fire, after having it for under a year, when i turn it on, just the flame not the heat, it's starting to make an, annoying sound.

Excellent product. Easy to install and operate. Ability to swap backing plate (from white to silver) a very useful design

very pleased with this item useful in this cold summer , saves having to put central heating on and gives plenty of heat

The appliance is as good as it looks but only four stars as the fitting instructions for inset fitting were quite poor

.Fire is very effective when used just for flame effect only but when heat is switched on I found it very noisy.

Bought it to take the chill off the conservatory and it does that very quickly, looks great too.

Fire exactly what we wanted but frame was damaged but changed after xmas no bother at all.
