We've had a very similar 2KW Glen Heater for nearly 20 years now, and it's still working in spite of some abuse,every daythroughout the long winter months in the kitchen with no problems. Turning itself on an off when up to temperatureThe new one is a lot quieter (so we can still hear the radio) and being of a similar low height, we can tuck it out the way when not in use;and now even comes with a useful handleWe very pleased with it so far, and would have given it '5 stars' if the instructions on the heater (as previously mentioned) been in a sensible contrasting black!

Bought this for my 83 year old Mum and she says its perfect. Due to its thermostat, she has found that she can now maintain a steady temperature that she's happy with, and it is incredibly quiet. Very happy with purchase. May have to also purchase an additional one for another room.

Great heater, with variable settings on it. Very happy with it so far. Its not totally noisey, but you can heat the fan when its on.I would def recommend anyone to buy this electric heater.

It heats up a room really well, cam take a while if the room is very cold. The fan is not too noisy. It's good for the money you pay. I've left it running for 10 hours without any problems.

Good so far, and it has an actual thermostat rather than just a duty-cycle adjuster, so it works well in conjunction with my central heating to add some extra heat to a room as required.

A good price and a good solid fan. After reading various reviews I chose this fan. Not the cheapest but a cheap heater is a bad idea. This is a good price and a good fan :)

I had two 3kw DeLonghi fan heaters before I go this one. The DeLonghi ones wore out after only a couple of years use. So far this Glen one has lasted well.

The Glen fan heater with fan is competitively priced is very compact one or two kilowatt and warms the room up quickly ,it is quiet in operation .

The unit replaces a similar unit. It is a good value unit which is very effectiveat room heating in lieu of firing up the central heating.

This is a compact very efficient little machine it warms up swiftly heating the room it was being used in quickly and almost silently.

Very efficient and just what I needed. .Neat and unobtrusive for a room that is not in use all the time, quick heat.

We have a previous model and this one also works well and warms the room nicely. Sure it will last a long time.
