First the positives. 1) it's smaller than it looks on the website 2) It looks amazing - a lovely retro feel & very well made. 3) It heats an average sized living room very well indeed, and maintains the temperature pretty well with the built-on thermostat. There is just the 1 negative as far as I'm concerned - ye gods its noisy!!! I was on-the-fence for a few days as to whether or not to return it for something else. In the end though, I decided to suffer the noise as it looks SO good!

I originally bought this heater two winters ago to use in my campervan. It's small and compact, and the wattage is suitable to use on a campsite. I used it when camping in the height of winter in the snow, and it was brilliant. Last year, having struggled to find a heater suitable for my office, I pinched this one out of the van and have been using it ever since, so I've just bought another one to keep in the camper because it genuinely is that good that it's worth owning two!

I needed a reasonably priced and effective heater to see me through the festive period (heating stopped working).. My only requirement was a heater which could warm up a room and easily be moved about. The De'Longhi Ceramic heater is perfect. It heats up the room immediately and I only need it on for short-time. It doesn't heat up the entire room (my living room is medium sized) but I never expected it to; it heats up it's surrounding space which is perfect.

I bought this as a standby item in case of central heating problems and also to supplement central heating for a quicker room warm up. It is a good looking little unit and seems efficient. It certainly helps with warming up a (fairly large) room quickly in conjunction with the central heating. I found the fan to be pretty quiet compared to some I have heard and there is no rattle or other noises. For the price asked it seems a good buy..

Using this under my desk in the garden office. The office can be around zero on cold mornings, and the panel heater would take an hour to warm it up to a comfortable temperature. Then it would get stuffy.With this little beauty I can turn it on (only on heat setting 1) in the foot-hole of my desk, sit down and work comfortably straight away. Doesn't matter that the room takes longer to warm up this way because I'm toasty from the start!

I bought this heater when my old one started to stink of fish and chips after someone presumably dropped food into it. This one is much neater, it's a really nice looking little thing compared with most I've seen. It's much less noisy than the old one too, you will always get some noise from these fan heaters but it's really not too bad. I'm very pleased with it, it's smaller and quieter than my old cheap one but it's at least as warm.

Very attractive compact fan heater. Not as powerful as my old one, so room takes a little longer to heat up but very small so very portable and easy to put in the boot of a car. The retro styling of it is particularly nice. Looks almost like a large DAB radio! I like the two levels but cut out is a bit confusing Why have two levels if you can set the temperature anyway? A remote would have been nice. But overall good value.

The fact that you can choose either a hot or cool setting makes this a handy gadget to have. Great value too. It looks a lot more attractive than other products which is always a bonus as well as being compact. It's a little noisy but not excessively so. I have a big study room with high ceilings. If I leave it on for about 30mins the room is toasty!

Does a good job of warming the conservatory up quickly. Bit noisy but not too loud that you can't hear the Tv or people talking.Nice and small sits on the window ledge and looks ok on the eye.For a small appliance kick's out good amount of heat. If you don't mind the slight back ground noise of the fan running then buy one you won't be disappointed.

Bought this delongi as i have their oil filled which i use for background heat.This heater was for my daughter to take to Lodge to take off chill. Was not disappointed with it soon warmed Lounge up.Looks very stylish as well and is very compact.Fits nicely into a bag for life.I find Delongi products to be good value as they last a good while.

I can’t recommend this enough! I was looking for an affordable heater that will warmen up my room during these colder months..This little thing doesn’t just spot heat, but heats up the entire room after 30 mins or so! To the point where I actually have to turn it off sometimes because the room gets too warm. Highly highly recommend.

Bought this for use in my dining room/conservatory - often chilly in there and needs heating up quickly, which this little heater does a good job of despite its small size.Knocked a star off as its quite noisy (on my hard floors) and because settings 1 and 2 appear identical! That said am about to buy another. Great price too.

Nice neat little heater, it is a fan heater as well as being ceramic so it is not ‘quiet’ but it is quieter than historical fan heaters. Would happily recommend it; it has been easy to carry from room to room - central heating failed over Xmas and it tended to heat up new rooms fairly quickly (havent seen electric bill however!)

I have yet to test as i bought it as a back up should I have any heating issues. I purchased this model as it has a dual function (heater and fan) and should it be a 'hot" summer can be used upstairs to keep area cool. If not required can leave in situe as not cumbersome, is easy on the eye unlike older style convector heaters.

The heater is fitted with a very short power cable so can't be mover around also their is no automatic cut off if the heater falls over , which it could do as the stabilizer foot is only effective on flat , hard surfaces. Previous heaters from delongee Have all had this cut out . This heater doesn't give you confidence
