I am using the DeLonghi Nano in my 2-berth caravan.I am nervous of the gas fire and would not want to leave it on all night. The DeLonghi Nano only uses 500 watts (2 to 3 amps) so is ideal for caravan site hook-ups and I can safely leave it on low thermostat all the time.Better still, when the caravan is in my drive, I can leave it on low thermostat to keep the bedding aired and stop anything freezing up.It has solid feet instead of castors so stays put on the floor. I keep it tucked up neatly against the gas fire (which I don't use). The gas fire has a metal casing so the Nano can touch it quite safely. Otherwise, the instructions are that the Nano should be 500mm away from any upright surface. An excellent product.

Nice, sleek, compact design. Having read other reviews, I am in the camp that thinks it takes a little while to heat up; it would be useful to have a timer function. When warm works well. I'm someone who always feels cold and I wasn't sure it was working well at first (because room too large) but then I went out the room and noticed the difference outside! And the warmth coming back in. I'm using it in a reasonable size bedroom and think it does a decent job. Overall I'm pleased with it.

My 1yr olds room is very large 16m sq and has two external walls . We live in amongst the Welsh mountains and it can get really cold in winter . I was really worried about my daughter getting cold in her 2.5 tog sleeping bag. After running up a huge gas bill last winter leaving the heating on all night for her I was looking for an alternative to keep her nursery comfortable for her. Great investment, keeps her room at 19 degrees and only on setting 2 . No more winter worries for my princess .

Built into part of the garage as a dressing room, so needed something to keep the chill off, as it faces north and has no window. Installed this heater rather than extend the central heating. It stays on 24/7 with the thermostat set to No 2. It copes, even on a frosty night. The room is 10' x 7' but very well insulated. Draughty or badly insulated rooms would need more input, but this works well for me and it even looks quite stylish and well-designed.

We wanted a small neat heater that would stop my daughters room feeling cold all the time. Her room is one of the cold spots in the house even when the central heating has been on. My husband is an electrician and he doubted that this heater was powerful enough to do the job. I have to say we are very impressed with it. We have it set at 1.5 -2 most of the time and the problem is cured. Gives out quite a bit of heat and looks great too.

Wanted the DeLonghi brand because it needed to be a unit I could trust to be left plugged in while we're out of the house.Really like how it just stays where you put it, even if that's a location you walk by every day.Our previous model was a bit taller and had wheels (the traditional oil field radiator style) and seemed to move a few inches every day - which wasn't ideal when you want it plugged in all the time...This model rocks.

I needed to keep my small bedroom warm in the recent cold snap and the DeLonghi Nano was the perfect solution. I owned DeLonghi oil-filled radiators in the US, so I knew that the bigger ones were well-made and put out a lot of heat very economically. I'm happy to report that the Nano is just as good for smaller spaces. Takes up hardly any room, is quiet, has a thermostat, and costs just pennies to run. Highly recommend!

This is the second of these brilliant radiators i have bought , i use them in 2 bedrooms and they keep them warm for not much cost.and both bedrooms are relatively large. If you are thinking of buying a small radiator these De Longhi Nano's are the only one you should buy, they heat up very quickly are near silent and do not cost much to run. I bought the first one last winter and was so good bought another ,

We have a number of these. We live in a static caravan while we build a house and have one in each bedroom. When my daughter got her own little caravan I bought the cheaper value product which in theory has similar specs. It really wasnt up to scratch and she was cold so went back to these. If you want a small wattage heater punching above its weigjt this is the one for you. I wont buy anything else now.

An excellent little heater. Quick to heat up and give that extra bit of heat on top of my storage heaters. Not instant, you want a fan heater for that, but much, much quieter and much better for keeping the room warm for longer periods. Arrives fully assembled and ready to use. Out of the box and into the plug socket. Simple controls. Easy to move, even when hot, due to side lifting points.

This is an excellent low cost solution for heating small rooms. The heater is surprisingly light and easy to carry from room to room, but that could make it less stable as it might be knocked over. The heater took longer than expected to heat up, so it isn’t an instant heat source but once it got up to the desired temperature it stayed warm for 20 minutes even when turned off. Great buy

I’ve recently started working from home and have a office which isn’t as warm as the rest of the house. Rather than over heat The whole house I bought this to top the warmth and it does exactly that. Once we are out of the winter it’s small enough to put in a cupboard so am really pleased. You can buy more complicated heaters but for me in a small room this is perfect.

Like how the heater is lightweight, space saving and portable. Satisfied with the the heat settings and thermostatic functions, including frost guard. At 0.5kw the heater is designed to be used in smaller spaces and give ambient heat. Disliked short power cord, and aroma of oil that was constant for first few uses and persists occasionally if left on a high setting.

This little heater packs quite a punch, very compact size and clear easy controls with clear heat settings. Easy to carry with handles incorporated. I use this in a very small room where clothes are hanging to dry and it is great. As others have said it would not be good in a medium or large room, would need a bigger size. Thinking of getting another one.

Bought this to replace an old convector heater and wasn't sure how efficient it would be given it's size . I needn't have worried it is amazing ! Nice , compact in size and good heat output ! I use it in my conservatory and it's good enough that I don't need my central heating on during the day in the rest of the downstairs . Brilliant !
