4 stars for the shoes, 1 for the service. I did what I usually do - put them in the basket without looking where they come from. Years of no problems with returning things to Amazon have lulled me into a false sense of security. The shoes were fine, just not quite comfortable and I preferred the others I ordered at the same time. Then it came to returning them. I couldn’t return these to Amazon, but had to send them to Spain. They advise tracking, which cost me £17.25. If I had known I would never have ordered them of course. I admit the fault is mine, but still that’s a lot of wasted money and I would hate for anyone else to do the same. I advise double checking the provenance of everything from Amazon now,

I have a wide foot so went to a size larger and was comfortable. The only thing was the stitching in one heal was not done well so I needed to work it with my fingers to get it right. I hope this is not going to be a problem as otherwise I was very pleased with these boots. For someone that can spend hours in a shop finding the right pair is incredible.

I did not walk with them to be sincere but as it is not new for me to buy this type of boots I can give an opinion, they are really comfortable I have not slipped with them so they give confidence and aesthetically they look good on the feet, they are waterproof and they are boots which is very good for those who do a lot of walking.

I take a few excursions with them, aesthetically they are pretty. I have slipped a couple of times, and the soles of my feet when I have been more than 5 hours of mountain have resented. Being new, I guess I have to shut up. The most positive of these is that they are waterproof, beautiful and weigh little.

The boots have freaked me out but bad luck I ordered the 38 thinking that they would come as big as HiTEC that I bought once. So they are too small for me. I have had to return them but if I can I will ask for them again in my number.

It fully meets my expectations. When reading in the comments that this boot has a small size, I asked for 38 and a half instead of 38. It fully meets my expectations. I ordered 38.5 instead of 38, which is my usual shoe size. I love.

I received the new number without problems and quickly. I already know for future purchases with Columbia! Now I just wait for the refund of the number I returned

Very comfortable, but firm. In my case, they were small, so I had to ask for half a number more than I am waiting :)

Comfortable and warm. I fit a 40, I ordered the 40 1/2 and they fit me perfectly
