It is a good product and does what it is made for! The pad sticks to the bottom well while cleaning making it easy to use. I recently used a different steamer where the pad just had a piece of string attaching it to the bottom and it fell off before I started using it - I just binned it. I had particular expectations of this steamer, and checked out a few before I purchased it. It is good for the relatively small space I need it for.

So easy to use. Can have it on different steam levels. Cleaned my dirty floor in one go - muddy dog prints & wellies!! It is sturdy as my last one (not Vax) felt like the handle was going to snap. Easy to assemble too. Looking forward to using all the attachments.

Wish I'd discovered this steam mop years ago! The floor mop cleans my floor tiles to perfection and the hand held part has really cleaned my shower cabinet doors and hob. The cloth is easily detachable and cleans in the washing machine.Excellent value for money.

pro - just what i needed, so much easier to clean the floor and my tiles in the bathroom look greatcon - doesn't work as well cleaning the top tiles, need to have the machine fairly horizontal

A very powerful steam cleaner with lots of accessories supplied .A shame only supplied with one mop head would've been a great help.Otherwise this is a great buy for the money.

Simple and easy to use clean with little effort. Does feel a little flimsy compared to other vax models I've owned. And the lead isn't as long. But it does the job so I'm happy.

Quick to ‘steam up’, took about 30 seconds and does a good job at cleaning my tiled floors. Look clean and dry quickly. It was a good purchase as a refurbished item.

An excellent cleaner compared to another big name brand. That was flimsy, very cheaply made & did not do the job like this one, which is the Vax Powermax.

I've had other steam mops,one cost over 100 pound,the other was cheap at 29 pound but this is better than both and hopefully will last much longer!

Easy to use and heats up very quickly it has a good sized head and gets into corners well Has variable heat levels for different floor surfaces

a bargin does what it says,cleans flooring brilliantly,window cleaning attachment a little dissapointing,kept falling off

Only down side is it doesn’t work on my stone flooring in the kitchen, the mop pad comes away and doesn’t glide at all.
