I have always used a mop and bucket to clean the different types of hard flooring we have in our house but saw an article on steam cleaners on a morning tv programme and thought I'd give one a go. I absolutely LOVE this device. The first time I used it on my hardwood floor, the difference afterwards was just amazing and the floor not only looked clean but felt clean too! I am now a convert to steam cleaners and will ditch the mop and bucket! This device is simple to use and I've given it 5 stars but a few changes to the design would make it even better. For example, you clean the floor with one side of the mop and for extra tough stains you flip it over to get a boost of steam.

Only had this a few weeks and can say it's way better than our previous Steam Mop. Where to start? The first thing you notice is the size of the steam head is great and as it flips you have twice as much mop so you can use it twice as long before swapping it for second mop which is supplied and it is very easy to swap. It's very manoeuvrable too and found it easy to get to previously hard to reach areas. The power and amount of steam is also far superior to our last mop too. The ability to direct steam at particular areas very useful and effective for cleaning stubborn marks. As with all Shark products it feels very well built and actually looks smart unlike some others on the market.

I bought the Shark Klik n' Flip to replace my old floor steamer that had finally given up the ghost. Some of the reviews I read were really good but some were complaining about various aspects, but I went ahead any way and so glad that I did!It is so easy to use from filling the water tank to steaming the floor and much, much better than my old one had ever been (wasn't a Shark I hasten to add).The cable is much longer than my old one which means that I don't have to change sockets in between as all my floors are hardwood.Love the "flipping" part, plus the extra steam for stubborn marks which I get a lot of due to having 3 large, and sometimes very dirty dogs to clean up after.Overall,

Was struggling with a manual mop, constantly having to rinse it all the time. Shark has saved me time, nice long cord that reaches my whole kitchen area. The stream mop takes off my babies food marks effortlessly. If it gets too dirty on the one wipe then I can flip over the mop head with no fuss. The mop steams up very quickly, cleans and dries quickly too. At first I did find it heavy to push around but I have got used to it since and it doesn’t seem so bad now.It came with a spare mop head which makes it easier to always have one ready. I have ceramic tiles, so this product works perfectly for me. Some people did review that the item doesn’t stand upright by itself,

Having always used one particular brand of steam mop over the years and finding it still causes my back to flair up I decided to change brands. I am so glad I did. This mop not only cleans better than my previous brand but is so light and easy to push. I have a cleaner twice a month due to my back issues and she has never been a fan of steam mops, however she was blown away with how well this cleaned. She's already converted her other clients to the Shark liftaway after using mine and now she's going to recommend their steam mop. The only down side is the water tank isn't very big but its easy enough to refill so not a major issue.

I bought this steamer this week and have used it twice already on my black reflective tiled kitchen/hallway/toilet floors and it’s brilliant! I’ve tried countless mops, cloths and even cleaned them by hand and nothing worked - leaving watermarks and cloudy stains. This took about 5 mins to do all three rooms, dried in a few minutes and look spotless. These floors have been driving me mad since moving in last summer but I’ve finally found a product that works! I considered lower cost options but splurged on this after reading all the good reviews online and so far it’s well worth the price.

I have a shark hoover and steam mop, my mop broke so needed a new one and decided on this. Love the pump action as it’s not constant steaming whilst the mop is upright moving things out of the way so makes the water last longer. Also love the new mop head with the two textured cloth to help remove stubborn marks and dries super quick. Convenient with a dog and a baby literally running behind you wrecking the house again. I have recommended shark products to everyone I with 9 of my friends buying product the same day we spoke. Shark is amazing thanks for making cleaning easy and satisfying

I bought this steam mop when my previous one ( a cheap one) packed up.I love this mop!, it has a very long cable so I don’t have to keep unplugging it and plugging in elsewhere. Which also makes it good for bathrooms where you don’t tend to have sockets. The water container is large so you only have to fill it once each time, and the jug you use to fill it clips on to the handle so you never lose it. Best of all you can unclip the cleaning pads without even touching it. Thoroughly recommend!

Steam cleaners seem to fall into 2 sorts. Flimsy or substantial. It is robust but not too heavy. Simple and efficient. Steam is generated by the backwards and forwards movement of the machine over the floor. I was dubious about this, but after the first clean, was impressed with the process. The water tank is not huge but completes my very large kitchen floor without having to refill. Nice long cord, which wraps around the on board cleats well. A head of steam does not mean a sopping wet floor.

Friends who had moved into a new house designed and built by themselves have this product and recommded it to us due the varying types of flooring they have . We too have varying types of flooring and decided to purchase one the next day . Checked it was in stock , ordered using click and collect and it was great walking into the store and we didn’t wait more than a couple of minutes before leaving with our item . It was easy to set up and really gave our wooden and viinyl floors a great clean

I bought this mop 2 weeks ago to try on my high gloss black floors. I'm so glad I did. I've been trying for years to find something that will wash my floors and dry to a streak free finish. This does the job perfectly and also seems to be removing any residue that has buiIt up over time. My floors now have a lustrous streak free shine and don' t seem to mark as easily. It's easier on my back also as it does most of the work. It's just a pity it doesn't come with attachments for carpet use.

Comes with a spare mop head and, due to its clever design, to switch from the dirty to the clean one does not even involve handling the dirty surface of the one you leave behind. Superb at cleaning all hard surfaces and leaves them almost dry. This is due to its unique cleaning technology. Large surface area of mop head means less time needed to clean up. The steam is applied as you move the mop to and fro and stubborn stains can be jetted with a flick of the wrist. Highly recommended.

Leaves floors streak free and cleaner and much drier than my previous steam mops. Totally dry in a minute or two. The extra long cord cuts down work. The extra jet of steam for stubborn dirt is great idea. Like that I don't need to switch pads during the one clean as pad just flips over to use other side. Down side is the pump action for steam and the thick pad means more effort to push around than previous models I've had...but worth it if you want a cleaner and quick drying floor.

This is the best home-care product I have ever purchased! I live in the countryside and have two dogs , so the floor gets really dirty - we have to wear shoes in the house. The Shark steam mop made cleaning the floor 80% easier and quicker and more effective than using a normal mop or a cloth as you have to change the water lots of time and use cleaning products then it takes ages to dry. With the Shark Klik n' Flip Manual Steam Mop I actually look forward to mopping the floor!

I bought this relying on the good reviews and ignoring any negative ones. I’m so pleased I did. This has made cleaning my floor an enjoyable experience!I had another well known brands steam mop and it was quite useless compared to this. The old one used to leave my floor wet and I had to really work to get the floor clean. This one makes light work cleaning even stubborn marks and my floor is dry in seconds! My mother tried it and lived it too and now has one of her own!
