Last year I had to replace my vacuum cleaner and having been recommended Shark by several people bought one. I understand why they recommended it ... far superior to Dyson so when I had to replace my steam mop I Also decided to go for a Shark brand I have only used this product a couple of times so far but I am really pleased with it. I have had a few steam mops and this is by far the best I’ve owned it’s lightweight easy to manoeuvre and simple to use. I only wish Shark made more household appliances they seem to be at the top of their game. Please stay there as you make housework a little more bearable !

Its fantastic I have muscular fibrosis and even I could use this,it's very study and pumps great plumes of steam as you go,it even has a jet of steam and scrubber pad for stubborn stains. My laminate floor is not sealed white with pale grey grain v expensive but has swells on all over,has to be washed on hands n knees. Did kitchen n hallway then sprayed bathroom floor with cleaner from separate spray bottle and only had to wash detachable fabric mop head only only took 10 mins !! I kept watching ad on TV and got a fantastic offer Have left lengthy recommendations on Facebook. Spread the Shark joy!

I didn't realise it had the manual pump for steam, it also had a small water tank so I thought it would be going straight back to the store. After using it once I changed my mind. It heats up almost immediately, manual pump action works automatically when you slide the cleaner along the floor. Extra long cable and the small water tank is enough to do all of downstairs, the toilet and bathroom. I love it. Floors dry super fast, no puddles of water anywhere. The floors have never been so clean.

I bought this steam mop because we have two dogs and with the doors open in the summer they bring dirt and muck through the kitchen. The mop is easy to use and is extremely effective in lifting dirt and stains off the floor. It is better and easier to use than a traditional mop and bucket and the lead is nice and long so reaches every corner of a large room without having to unplug. The pad on the head of the mop is easy to remove and clean and I would thoroughly recommend this product.

Previously used vax steamers, but had a lot of problems and shark had good reviews. Its a basic floor steamer, however it really does the job. It is very light which makes manoeuvring really easy! This also means that I can lift it and do worktops and window sills. The handle is adjustable, which means you can set it to fit your height. I like the triangle floor mop as I think this gets into the corners better. Only negative it doesn't seem to stand up on its own when out of use.

Love this Shark steam mop! Easy to set up and use. A good consistent amount of stream. It and has a really long flex so no changing sockets every few yards. The manoeuvrability is also really great. It’s shape makes it easy to get into the corners of the floor and it moves along easily. It’s lightweight but not at all flimsy. I have two dogs and a cat so was constantly getting the bucket and mop out.. Seriously I’m thinking of leaving my husband and running off with this mop!

I did some research before purchasing the Shark Steam Mop. I am really delighted with it. My floor is almost unrecognisable after just a couple of cleans. The mop is lightweight, and easy to put together. I love the re-useable mop heads and the lead was long enough for me. As someone else mentioned it will not stay upright which would have been useful. However that is not a major problem. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a straightforward floor cleaner at a great price.

It’s easily assembled and comes with a spare pad and a filling cup. I have been recommending shark steam cleaners for years and I particularly like this model because it’s so easy to use, floors dry quickly and as I am just using heated tap water there are no nasty chemicals. Sweep /vacuum loose dirt and dust before use. I use my steam cleaner at least weekly and spot clean if it’s been raining etc. The pad get whipped off and goes in the washing machine whenever dirty.

Great steam mop, I used a different make and bought it because of all the extras it offered. But I never used them it cost double of the shark and stopped working very quickly This is light weight, stores easily and cleans very efficiently. The jug that it comes with is perfect, and allows you to put in enough water to fill the tank After I use it I take time And hand wash the fabric head and it comes cleans every time My next vacuum may be a shark, Who knows !

Previous steam mop broke and didn't fancy paying £100 for another karcher and this one was on special offer. I was slightly confused for first five mins until I got used to the way it works but once you have it sussed it's a dream to use. Can have my floors cleaned in minutes with it as it produces steam very quickly and the fact you get 2 pads means one can be in the washing and you can use the other. It produces the right amount of steam and doesn't soak the floor

Great mop, very light, easy to get into corners because of the swivel head. Steam pump handle is brilliant as it doesn’t constantly release steam so the floor doesn’t get really wet as others have before (I’ve had 3 various others). Handy hanging hole on handle. Best mop cloths I’ve ever used too. Didn’t find the feature of the blast of steam any use as it’s awkward to do so I couldn’t be bothered with that. Overall I would highly recommend this mop!

I have never used a Steam mop before so i cannot compare to others but this Mop is just amazing! I compared all the Shark mops on here and toyed for a while but decided on this one. Its very easy to use and exceeded my expectations totally. I have VERY light coloured wood laminate and with pets too it gets very dirty, the steam mop left an amazing result, I was a bit taken back. So pleased with my buy.. super chuffed with free next day delivery too.

Overall a good steam mop - cleans floors well, handy shape / size, lightweight & easy to manouvre. Pad stays firmly in place whilst in use. The only negative I have is that you have to push the mop handle up & down vigorously while using the mop in order to get the steam function to work - it’s not automatic like the dearer Shark steam mop, and this wasn’t clear from the description (only realised once home, unpacked it & started to use).

I'd buy this again, and have recommended it. My floors have never been cleaner, you can massively feel the difference when you walk on them. No streaks and gets stubborn stains up with ease. Took 2 secs to put together and easy to use, it's VERY light, just one annoyance is that I wish it had a little bit more weight to it but that's personal preference. Leaves no streaks and the floors dry within 2 to 3 mins, really good steam mop.

Used it twice now and I'm really pleased that it's so simple to use. And it does what it's supposed to! Just put in the water, plug it in, wait about 30 seconds and go! It's lightweight, and the swivel head makes it easy to get into corners, etc..I would've liked an integral stand or something so that it could stand upright, but I knew it couldn't when I bought it and I'm glad I didn't let it put me off getting one.
