When I bought this steam mop (a few months back) I was disgruntled at not being able to source my old, much loved one. I therefore avoided leaving feedback in case I was biased, unfair or downright derogatory. Having given it a few months, I'm now ready. My floors take a higher than average pounding so a steam mop is essential. Having got used to this one now, I love the long cord, I love the swivel head and I love that you can velcro stick any old steam mop pads onto it- they all do the job. I like the water tank size, and the fact that it is easy to fill. On the downside - I don't like the fact that the water tank is attached to the power cord. This is inconvenient and slows me down.

This is FANTASTIC. Two muddy dogs create vast amounts of dirt and this machine quickly cleans it all away. The 'Mitt" looked as if it might be cumbersome & awkward , not a bit of it. It's extremely effective and easy to use on many different surfaces. doors, walls, skirting boards, windows.The floor mop is perfect for whisking away the mud deposited daily, by assorted pets, and is astonishingly quick to heat up & generate steam.It's brilliant for cleaning Granite work tops & leaving them grease free & shiny too. I wanted a steam cleaner because the chemical cleaning products I had been using were irritating my nose & chest. So, not only does it work very well,

Fantastic! light weight,sturdy and easy to change gadgets. Good amount of steam at 3 varied amounts even does clothing Wow! very long length of cable to move around a large kitchen and easy to change the clothes provided and pop into your washing machine very hygienic a great all rounder. My only two niggles are not having an on/off switch on the handle to use as you go, you have to turn the machine on and do the job although you can turn it off intermittently as you go I feel its not as convenient, and although easy to fill with water the little closing cap could be more secure. very minor issues and I would definitely recommend and would purchase again.

Amazing.... I love the mitt pad as it’s ideal for cleaning everything... I clean the bathroom ... yikes abs bath and sink and shower screen and skirting board... it’s so easy to use and really works... it has a power steaming setting and can be adjusted up and down for your preference.... all the attachments are all very usable... I would highly recommend abs it’s on offer so snap it up ASAP... this won’t disappoint xxxx

Very pleased with this. Much easier on the back than conventional mop and floor dries much quicker. Detachable tank easy to fill and empty. Cable long enough to do room, but not so long as to get tangled. Grout cleaning brush very effective at cleaning between ceramic floor tiles for first time since floor laid. Steam setting adjustable to suit floor type. Steam mitt very effective in bathroom.

So far, I have only used the floor mop feature, not the one for the windows. It works fine, the head is a but bulky, thus can't go under some furniture, like drawer or sofa. Also, for stubborn stains on the kitchen or bathroom floor, I spray some cleaning product on the floor before, water alone can't remove all stains.

Very sturdy and quick to heat up. I use it for my tiled bathroom and wet room floors. I also have Kardean flooring in the kitchen which they say not to steam but I have found using the lowest temperature makes my floor nice and clean.

I just love this product! The mop is really effective with the variable steam settings and the steam mitt is just brilliant. It makes kitchen cleaning so much easier.

Have had this product last 1year and it is still doing well no issues yet. be careful with the laminated floors as the steam damaged part of my flooring .

Excellent product quick delivery would recommend not sure how I survived without it
