Opted for this, cheaper than my 1st choice, because it wouldn't get much use and easier to store.Comes with a range of accessories for different jobs and although the tank is smaller than others it does allow you to work for 15-20 minutes between fills. Could have done with more than one cloth per attachment as they get dirty quickly... Would have been good to have 2 or 3 so that you can swap them and keep on working.Overall, a lightweight capable tool that I think is well worth the money.

This steam cleaner done wonders for our Amtico flooring. It looks and feels very clean.I have cleaned the fiddly bits in the shower tray. It loosened some hard to reach grime. I have also had a go at the oven, for which was good but it’s not a magic wand. I would recommend this for floors. I have two children and pets and therefore mop daily. This is very easy to use and the stand alone feature is great! I find my floor drys quickly and, as long as no one walks on it, streak/pawprint free.

I've only used this gadget twice, but can already see many uses for it. The steam is so hot, it seems to dissolve most soiling. Used on the kitchen tiles, it soon polished off the greasy mess & the supplied mop hungrily soaked it up. However as it cools, you've got yourself another sticky mess to wash up! In Hand mode its not too heavy, unless you've got a lot to do. I've used it in Stick mode with the carpet glider, on a heavy stain on a nylon carpet. Softened it but had to scrub & dab clean.

Bought this cleaner after borrowing my Mum's (more expensive) cleaner. I wanted one that not only mopped the floor but I could use for cleaning the bathroom and kitchen tiles etc. I'm really pleased with this product, the head maneuvers really well around furniture, and although a bit small, the water tank un-clips easily for refilling without having to unplug from the mains. Its light to carry and stands up on its own! Personally i think its better than Mums more expensive version!

I bought this as we had a new puppy coming and I wanted something efficient but of good quality - and this has it in spades! Very easy to use, quick to heat, excellent cleaning and now I've used it everywhere! I can't imagine what I did before this brilliant gadget, something I now regard as pretty essential for all the home, not just the puppy accidents. Fabulous for bathroom and kitchen, and so good I bought another for my daughter - and she is now equally as smitten. Brilliant!

The design makes it very quick and easy to use especially as the main steaming section separates from the upright section with just one click allowing it to be used as a hand held unit. The other attachments are easy to attach and detach for various cleaning jobs. I have mainly used it for cleaning the floor where it is very efficient moving more stubborn marks. I have been using it mainly on laminate and tiles, pleased with the unit, it seems to represent good value for money. .

Quality design from Morphy Richards but needs soft water/de-ionised or their own special water softener aid to ensure guarantee. I think it would be too heavy and difficult to hold and aim for average person with normal wrist/ arm strength to use one hand only when cleaning small steam-cleaning jobs around house. Unfortunately, I had to return it - obviously pristine and unused, unlike the 2 x steam cleaners from VAX which I observed being returned to the Argos store.

This steamer is the best I've had so far. It's compact, ready to use in 30 seconds and for such a small machine it really pumps out that steam. It's easy to move and gets into the corners. It comes with attachments so very versatile. I've used on my suite, my rugs and my curtains, it's brilliant at cleaning the toiler and gets under the rim. Light nd easy to use . If this was a a one word review I'd write BRILLIANT ... If this was a two word review I'd write BUY IT !

I purchased this item about six months ago, as we wanted something to clean all our floors that we could handle. We found it very easy to set up and use, and found the illuminating floor head very useful so we could see what was happening. Lightweight and easy to push round, we were even able to use it upstairs and to get into all those awkward corners and spaces etc. This is definitely a product I would recommend. I brought this steam cleaner after hearing mixed reviews but it's great, it heats up quick, holds a good amount of water so you don't have to keep refilling. It has lots of different attachments so I've managed to clean my floor and my cooker, the walls in my daughters room and all the seals around the bath.it can be a little heavy if your holding it above your head for a while but works great. Very pleased. So pleased my dad wants me to steam clean his house now!

I bought it few weeks again.after using it first time I was not happy Because the main drawback is to keep pressing the button.my whole house is in wood floor and after a half an hour cleaning my arm hurts.and hand held steam is also quite heavy to carry and do work.But I am quite happy with the cleaning result it's look amazing my floor my bathroom tiles kitchen.i would suggest don't do in one go.divide your work on days.small cord and can't use tap water

This has changed my life! It's great, easy to use, the hand held part is a little heavy for long periods of time but is easy to detach and easy to use. It produces steam quickly and quietly and it has a good range of attachments for all areas of the house. It easily transforms from a mop to handheld and back again. It has a fairly long cable, would be better if it was a bit longer so less unplugging is required in large rooms. But otherwise it's a good buy.

I wanted a handheld steam cleaner for the grout in my kitchen floor tiles and this didn’t disappoint. With 2 dogs, it was tricky to clean the grout without one of these, and I’m not disappointed! It looks like I’ve got a new floor, and it’s so easy to keep on top of things. With accessories to thoroughly clean your house without chemicals, it’ll even remove wrinkles from clothes The only downside is it’s noisy, but I can live with that for the results!

I love this steam cleaner, it is so useful. It makes everything smell fresh and cleans my floors beautifully. The instruction book provided is very detailed with diagrams as well as text, so I am able to use all the very useful and numerous attachments provided. Because steam is so hot it really refreshes, and probably sterilises, a fairly old carpet in one room of my flat. I like the bag that comes with is for storing all the attachments neatly.

I am very pleased with this product having previously had another make which was heavy and cumbersome to use. This one is light, has a good size floor pad which is washable and an easy to remove water container. I haven't used the other attachments yet but the fact that this is a floor mop and has the hand held option as well, makes it very versatile. It is also well balanced and doesn't fall over when left standing which the other make did!
