I've owned all the H2O mops and they have all suffered with one singular fault - the handle. Usually you get longer than the required 1yr on warranty before it breaks.On the H2O HD the handle is rugged and robust compared to the previous designs and hopefully this will stay the distance but I'm pleased with it so far.The steam the HD produces is enough to clean ground in dirt on tiles and clean away gunge from the dishwasher when the steam section is released from the Mop section.One last piece of advice don't try to fix the stem into the heads location to stand it upright the bottom 2 screws are not strong enough to cope with the force required and they setup out from the body - this can lead to leaks from the Mop section and a new tank or Mop is required.

Good steam cleaner very powerful looks good, i have used it nearly all over my home, on my rugs, oven, windows and on mt hard wood floors but did leave it very wet when on high level, and can be a little annoying having to refill the water tank about every 15 min just when you are getting into the cleaning but I suppose if the tank was bigger it would weigh even more than it does already which heavy when trying to use the one hand and you need to hold the objects you are cleaning still. Im still happy I bought it nevertheless.

The HD Model is better but still could do with a couple of alterations. The cord holder was better in the previous model and the weight is far too heavy to hold for any length of time. The water tank could do with a larger opening to fill and the base although larger than previous is more rounded so doesn't quite get into the corners the same. The handle is much sturdier but could with a clip to hold it when folded down. Also suggest a hook / wall bracket to store after use .Overall good product

got this cleaner for general use round the house boy was i surprised when i seen what it life d of bathroom tiles, bathroom door, you'll use this pleases you never thought you would. inside cupboards doors, that bedroom mirror,what can i say cleans as it says on the tin .only down side i found is takes a bit of getting used to holding while cleaning high places maybe my age late 50s great job once whole house is done now once a week up the hall and bathroom floor, cars an other review .

For the last 7 years I had the previous model and was gutted when it stopped working. Looked at other steam cleaners but decided to purchase this one based on the reliability of the previous one. I was not disappointed the new features such as steam control and the clicking in of the steam cleaner to use as a carpet cleaner are great. You don't need to scrub as the steam lifts of grease and dirt. The ability to clean curtains without taking them down is an added bonus. I would highly recommend.

A good product - well designed, heats up in a matter of seconds and a decent amount of steam is generated, even in the low setting. We used to clean the floor with a mop, but the H20 HD showed how much better the power of steam is, lifting dirt that we couldn’t even see. Attachments offer versatility. A couple of minor points: Would have been helpful if there was a storage bag to keep all the accessories in. A few annoying drops of water remain in the water tank when it’s emptied.

Bought this after the Vax version I had bought only a year or two earlier packed up - blocked pipes stopped the steam, but even when it was working it wasn't great as the mop attachment would come away from the head if it went over the slightest bump/ridge in the tiled floor.H20 HD Steam Mop has been brilliant so far. Handles our uneven floor (not that uneven, just the standard ridges between tiles) without the mop coming off. Steam is hot and strong and with no need for cleaning fluids.

My old VAX started leaking so time to get a replacement , having read the reviews I thought I would give it a go first impressions plenty of Steam on setting 1 for laminate/ Lino tried level 2 and 3 on tiles made the floor a bit wet plus water level dropped very fast, The handheld is on the heavy side holding it may take two hands With prolonged use not a problem, once again plenty of steam ,and lots of attachments pads are very thin luckily my old VAX pads though oversize are much better .

Pleased and comes with many attachments. Would point out 2 negative things. Base doesn't lock securely in place with handle when in upright position. Any slight movement, whole handle falls backwards landing horizontally on the floor, so am concerned about damage, also the top cord hook is upside down. Could understand this if, when you dropped the handle, it then rotated round the right way but it doesn't. Pictures online do show hook upside down but Thane's demo video shows it right way up.

This steam mop is exceptional at cleaning your floors, whether it be wood, laminate carpets or tiles. It has three different power settings so you can adjust the steam pressure according to how stubborn the dirt is. However the water/steam of the floors does not dry as quickly as advertised on the television adverts.The other features such as the window cleaner and fabric steamer are very poor. It cleans well enough but its a struggle to actual use the attachments.Definitely recommend it.

A great product especially if you have a lot of hard floors that need a good regular mop.The cleaning quality of the mop is super, it has good manoeuvrability & gets rid of tough stains just with water/steam. I chose this model because of the triangular head and it separates into a hand held one. Limitations are cleaning room edges and corners. The lead doesn’t stay wound up and gets in the way. Replacement cloths are mega expensive. 3 little cloths cost 22.2% of the entire product!

What a great little steamer this is,,,,super compact ,very stylish and extremely efficient .I have used a steamer for a few years now but though I deserved a more up to date model .What a grand decision that turned out to be for me .Because of the corona virus I have been even more diligent than usual but honestly using this steamer has been a pleasure to use on every surface imaginab.I am delighted with both the purchase ,also the ease of ordering and delivery from Argos. Good job Guys

This is even better than my original H20 Steamer, which I have had for four years and has now stopped working. This steam cleaner is so good and cleans and steams my laminate floors so quickly with no fuss and no water residue is left. It also folds in half which is a bonus and this can now stay in the cupboard under my stairs. It is a better make and model than its previous model. And the water tank is so easy to fill. There is also a scale filter for the water tank to stop limescale.

This is a very good addition to my very old vacuum cleaner. The main unit deodorising the carpet helpes pull out additional dirt. Which I just vacuum up. The hand held section jets very effectively anything you can think of. The small brushes are handy but it would help if there was bigger ones . Deodorising tools for sofas and beds I do think they are good but there is room for improvement . The window cleaning device I am not really sure how the cleaning cloth is meant to be applied!

This is a sturdy product and I think will last. A couple of niggles - I had to unscrew and turn the top cable holder around as it was upside down and the mop head design would be greatly improved if it wasn’t rounded off so that it could reach into corners. The water tank isn’t huge but I can live with that. This is a vast improvement on a another branded steam cleaner I purchased which refused to heat up after just one use and was binned. I would recommend this to family and friends.
