I enjoy using this steam mop as it is a lot quicker than using my old squeegee mop. The floor is dry enough to walk on in a couple of minutes and the kitchen always smells fresh after using the mop. You don't need any other floor cleaning products so it saves money as well as time. One gripe with it is that it leaves lines like track marks on the floor (on wood effect vinyl) and I cant determine why. It happens every time I use it and they are noticeable at first but after a few hours I don't really notice them any more. I expected a smooth even finish to the floor after cleaning, so a slight disappointment. A friend has another make of steam mop and hers does not leave these track marks.

Really impressed with this steam cleaner. Easy to use, easy storage, good cleaning and effective. Have used to freshen carpets too and was dubious whether I would notice a difference as it doesn't clean them but it does make a difference - it restores the pile and freshens the carpet which is useful when you own pets. I know some people don't like the triangular rather than rectangular head but I think it is more useful as it gets into the corners nicely.

Brings my white floors up after two dogs walked all over them!! Also refreshes my rugs, for the price payed very happy, could not source any spare pads, had to buy them from Amazon, it's very quick and easy to use, for the price payed I nearly bought another one three times the price!! Glad I stuck with this one,

This by far the best steam mop I've had so far. Really easy to use, heats up very quick and has a power setting for the steam. The mop pads are Velcro and very easy to change and don't come off whilst using. Gets into the corners really well and the floor dries pretty quick too. Very pleased with my purchase ?

Chose this product based on Which report. It is really easy to us as it is lightweight. The only problems are the length of cord and unable to see how much water is in the tank. I have a large area to cover and now have to change plug sockets and top us in case it runs dry. Overall a brilliant product.

The parts of the mop seen as improvements on previous buys are sturdier handle, better water tank including the filling thereof and better system for attaching mop pad.This mop was more expensive but we expect the more we use it better value.

This replaces my old steam mop (another make), I've used it only a couple of times and find it great! The replacement pads aren't easy to find at a reasonable price, (I like to have several) but I've found them at Wilkos, so I'm happy.

Bought this steamer for cleaning the kitchen floor. It is really easy to fill and use. Glides into corners no problem. The two floor cloths that come with it clean easily as well. Long lead is helpful. Very happy with the product.

Easy to use and lightweight, cable could be a little longer and come out higher up the handle as it is easy to trip on it.Never the less so far very good

My Vileda steam mop glides over my floors, so far it is much better than the van I had before, but I have only used it twice so far and very pleased
