The steam mop is an invaluable piece of kit! It has many uses because it can be used as a hand-held device. It's super if you have allergies to detergents, as you don't use any. Used as a hand-held device it is quite heavy and awkward, but there is a sling thing that can be purchased and that makes it easier. I think it's a pity that the sling isn't part of the package when originally purchased, but I suppose it would make it more expensive. It has various settings so it can be used on a multitude of materials. Definitely a good buy.

I purchased this as a replacement for previous H20 which was a wonderful help around the house, used for floors, tiles, plug holes but after 6 years good use finally gave up from fatigue. I had no hesitation in replacing and I believe if it gives as much good use as original will be well worth every penny. A highly recommended steamer

my electric retailer cannot obtain spares they tell me spares are restricted to selected retailers who have exclusive access to Thane. pity as there is not much wrong with my machine . VERY DISSAPOINTED

Easy step by step instructions, used it and it was great on my kitchen floor, my wet room is so clean which doesn't take all day, well pleased with my steamer

It is good. It is the older model but works great. I now have the newer HD model which is very poeerful

Pleased but the long arm seems a weak point, could do with stronger Re enforced part.
