I’ve been using my sc3 easy fix for a few weeks now. Overall, I’m very pleased. It is simple to operate. My only slight criticisms are that some parts feels a bit flimsy and may not last with my robust cleaning techniques, and there really should be a retractable power chord. The machine cleans brilliantly with very little need for elbow grease. The machine does the work for you. It has removed dirt and grime around my windows (they are 40+ years old) that has been there for decades. Also, it has made the tiles in my shower sparkle like new. It is very effective on stubborn lime scale (though some currently still remains on the glass but I hope this will be dislodged too over time).

The SC3 is a replacement for a very old Bissell hand/floor steam mop that can no longer have new water filters as they are no longer made.The SC3 arrived today and after I'd understood the water filter settings, it was put to immediate use on the kitchen floor. Within minutes it was done and better than the old Bissell too. Very easy to guide around and the flat steam head makes it easy to get into corners and underneath edges of things like fridges. Very light weight because unlike the Bissell it's just the steam pipe attachments and head.Pipe gets a little warm so be warned (not dangerous, just a bit warm).I've now also completed a spin around the bathroom and tried the steam nozzle around

So I've had this a couple of weeks now and LOVE it. Money well spent as far as I'm concerned. Easy to set up and does exactly what it says it's going to. The ONLY downside of it for me is that the cable on it is quite short (in my opinion) and is a loose fitting. By that I mean when you're finished with it there's not a 'place' to put the cable. I think it would benefit from being an automatically retractable cable to an internal housing (may not be design possible I guess). But I wouldn't let that put you off as the actual purpose of the machine, steamer, is fantastic. I've been steaming EVERYTHING (even my wooden floors - must be on lowest setting though) and it's great.

Great for busy household with kids and animals. Good news that it relies solely on water and no harsh chemicals. Lightweight, heats up really quickly (within 30 seconds), great job on grouting, skirting boards and ceramic/marble tiles. cooker extractor and the odd splash/stain on walls.We live in a really high limescale area - not so good with tough limescale on taps and pretty rubbish on shower doors - I have to resort to chemical use for these. Since buying it, I have mostly used the tiny brush for grouting areas and I do notice that the bristles have become bent and not so effective. Also once the fabric pads become dirty, they will leave stains and streaks. They seem really expensive to replace.Overall I am pleased,

This cleaner was bought after a previous mop type steam cleaner broke. I also has a separate hand held steam cleaner. The SC3 has replaced both, I found it easy to set up, light to use and I like the ease of interchangeability between cleaning floors and then tiles, windows etc. It is simply as case of changing tools as you would on a vacuum cleaner. And being able to top up the water without needing to let it cool down is excellent. It does leave a thin veneer of water on floors which soon evaporates and it can eject water before the stream flows through so you need to be ready for that - steam will condense in the hose after use so some water is to be expected.

After buying this product and using it around the house, it quickly became clear how well this steam cleaner works, the heat up time is amazing, for only a 1900w heater its pretty fast, I would recommend holding the nozzle over a sink/bath after you first turn it on as it will flow water for a few seconds while it primes the pipe.Other than that it works fantastically at cleaning every where I tried it, which was the kitchen floor, bathroom sink, bath and tiles and all cleaned very nicely.A neat little trick I found to speed up the time to dry on the tiles/mirrors was to pair up my WV5 Premium window vac to soak up any excess vapour left on them.

I previously had the SC2 for many years. However recently the screw cap became stuck due to lime scale and teasing issues. it is for this reason that I decided to order the sc3. primarily because it did not have a screw cap and had a limescale filter built into the device. Upon receiving it I was delighted. The lack of a screw cap means that the longevity of this steamer should be for longer than the previous model. I also noticed that it seemed to be slightly quieter than the sc2, which was one of my complaints of the previous model. All in all I'm very pleased. And would highly recommend.

I love this product. It does what it says, with a bit more moisture than it says but not excessive. The cord is slightly short and there is nowhere to wrap it but it takes the effort out of cleaning and leaves everything really fresh and clean. I have a lot of tiled and laminated floors and mopping them is actually quite fun. I also zap all sorts of surfaces and it just speeds all up and is very versatile. It was sent quickly. My only reservation is that my last stopped working sooner than expected but I am hoping I was simply unlucky.

Found the machine to be powerful and better than any other steam cleaners I have had. Easy to assemble with reassuring audible clicks. I found the body of the machine to be disapointingly flimsy, in that despite the weight of a fill of water it tipped twice on my first use of it, worryingly over the electric switches on top of the machine. The addition of a carpet glider and perhaps a total of three each of the white cotton cleaner attachments would have made the cost of the SC 3 more acceptable, one of each is miserly.

I’ve just used my steam cleaner for the first time I absolutely love it! the water tank lasts for a long time which is one of the main reasons I chose it. The only down side I would say is the the length of the cable lets it down. Everyone including myself is “open plan living” the cable just isn’t long enough which means I had to continually plug and unplug the machine. Other than that my floor looks incredibly clean, the machine is light and easy to fill and use. I would definitely recommend the SC3.

Excellent product for cleaning bathroom. It shortened cleaning time by half. It didn’t do very well with the oven. It cleaned glass inside without any issues but it struggled with everything else. I had to spray inside of the oven with oven cleaning product and leave it overnight before using karcher. Also, it would be better if water tank would have visible water level as if you use something smaller than 1 litre jug you need to remember how much ml you’ve put inside otherwise you will overfill

This steamer is as good as it claims to be. It’s lightweight and quick to heat up which makes it ideal for my wife to use. I tested it a little on our shower and couldn’t stop as it was so easy to use-swapping heads and shortening or lengthening in seconds. The trigger switch to control steam makes it safe and the 1 litre capacity lasts long enough for most tasks. It refills/re-heats back up so quickly it’s effortless. A great investment to any home with so many uses.Sanitising with only water.

I brought this to clean my hard floors, kitchen and bathrooms but realised it is great pretty much everywhere. I used this in my car and its great to clean and refresh leather interiors, carpets. I found with stubborn dirt you really need to use a scourer and chemicals. I found you can buy brass brushes to help with this. It's really easy to pour water in and steam generation is pretty instant. The white cloth's provided get dirty very quickly and even when washed they are never like when new.

We built as house just over a year ago, and I can honestly say our tiles haven't felt so clean since the day they where laid. Fantastic steam cleaner. I think I've steamed everything in the house so far. It's light and not like any other cleaner I've had which have been heavy. This makes cleaning our floors a breeze. Only negative is the lead, could of been slightly longer and had somewhere to clip on when finished. Overall would highly recommend this steamer. Family have even purchased also.

Nice and compact steam cleaner; doesn't take up much space and the design keeps all parts together for tidiness. I took a while to set it up and figure out the water hardness and I am fairly attuned with technology. Once that was done everything went smoothly and incredibly easy. I was so surprised when I could see the oven door grease coming off with just the steam from the device (even though it was on the highest setting and it took a few turns to fully clean). Top marks for efficiency.
