got this on another site (wish amazon would do bnpl); very inmpressed with the power steam jet, comes with good accessories and i would all reccomend to buy the premium set accessories which I got for around £22 and it includes also copper brush; Remember you need to use a specific accesory for each type of dirt/material toherwise you end up wasting time and getting tired. Also invest on the microfibre cloths as dirt goes everywhere and you need loads of them if you as me have to deal with a lot of grease. RECCOMENDED.Pros:- quick to heat water (seconds); this also means you can switch it off/on anytime while you are cleaning so you can save energy- can fiil in while is on for non stop use- small footrpint,

It is the BEST steamcleaner for this money.NB!!! BEFORE cleaning floors or carpets you NEED TO EMPTY condensation water from the HOSE. Otherwise you'll end up with really wet floorsYou turn it on. After 20sec you can push the handel and water comes out.(let it run into plastic box or kitchen sink for example)Wait few seconds. Push it again.When steam comes out attach the floor nozzle and start steaming.If water comes, wait few seconds more.I don't know any steamcleaner that are ready to work with so short time.The other thing I like about it is that you can refill it anytime with tap water. Red light goes on if you need to refill.

This was a replacement for an older Karcher Steam Cleaner. At first it seemed a little small and we wondered if we had made a mistake. Wow, we certainly hadn't. It is so much more efficient. It heats quickly and cleans superbly. It now has a hard water filter, which we desperately need in the midlands. We used to use vinegar in the tank and the house smelled like a fish and chip shop.Another great improvement is the tank cap. The old one was a screw thread which corroded into the thread and was nearly impossible to unscrew if left for any period of time. The new one is a push and click into place.We love this machine, it is so easy and effective.

I have been looking for a decent steam cleaner for ages. We bought one of the kettle types. What a waste of money. I decided to try the SC3. Firstly, I have read that it heats up in 30 seconds. Rubbish. It takes about 4 minutes when filled right up. I have also read other reviews moaning that it leaves a pool of water. It's steam. Steam cools and turns to water. It's not rocket science. Just remember to use this with a cloth to wipe the dirt and soak up the water. As far as performance goes, it is superb. Cleans stubborn dirt with ease. Our windows and doorways were badly needing cleaning and were a struggle to get and keep clean. This tool does the job fantastically. I would recommend this easily.

I was looking for a steam cleaner as have large areas of tiled floors in an old French house and was fed up of smelly mops and buckets . When it came I was carried away with steam cleaning anything that didn't move, floors, fridge , microwave, bathrooms, kitchen worktops. I even got rid of the horrid hard water deposits in toilet bowl ( with cillit bang and the round nozzle ) after trying everything for months. My house has never looked so clean. This morning I tried it on the blacked up window of my woodburner and voila , no nasty chemicals & the glass is sparkling clean . I just love it and would recommend this model as it has the cartridge for hard water and is easy to refill without having

I bought a bungalow in August last year and for 4 months no matter how well I cleaned the kitchen,there was always a smell of fish. It was completely untraceable. It drove us mad trying to identify the source, so I decided that a deep steam clean may help. I bought the Karcher steam cleaner as I have a Karcher garden vac and it has been fantastic, and I trusted that the steamer would be of similar quality.. It was easy to assemble and the instructions for use were very clear. I had heard that a lot of steam cleaners drip etc, but this provided a good steady flow of steam which I used on the floor tiling and grout. I was amazed at the results and at last the smell has completely disappeared.

I've just bought this today from a local diy shop, and love it, ignore the people that say it shoot out a cup full of water before it produces steam, yes it will if you dont wait for it to heat up, so if you want steam and not hot water be patient. I just painted the kitchen and bed room and no mater how careful I am I always end up with paint on the floor, the kitchen is tiled and the bedroom is the original wooden floor (victorian house). took a few minutes to clean up the paint. Considering I'd mopped kitchen floor an hour before getting this with clean water and floor cleaner I was shocked to how much dirt was on the cloth after using the steam cleaner.Now going to try the stairs

I am not sure about this product. Here are the good things:1. Easy to use to put together2. Refill the water as you go along to avoid delay3. Reliable product and good quality4. Easy to useThe one thing that put me off was:The cloth at the end of the attachment starts to retain water after a short while. Whilst steaming the laminate floor, the water starts to streak behind and then when it dries, it leaves wather marks. I had to keep squeezing the water out which was really annoying. Having done so, it did a really good job.Overall its a good product and does the job.

So much better than the vax! Have had three vax and they've all packed up in short order and the last one was feeble from the get go. This one actually does something and really produces loads of steam. Had great fun tackling grungy plug holes etc once I'd done the floors and worksuface and actually it's not as big as I'd feared - in fact it's easier to store than the vax because of its stable shape. Wish I'd bought one sooner and I really can't complain if any lack of power so not sure what those reviewers were comparing it to

I bought this coz we have other karcher products (jet wash, Windows cleaner) and I think they great products. Yes you can buy cheaper but you can't compare performance or quality. This is brilliant for getting in small places and clean floors brilliantly. My only criticism is the 2 cloths you get are, not enough and could fit better. Otherwise I would of given it the full 5 stars. I have improvised with the floor cloth but think their cloth is a poor design. Don't let my comment put you off as this is just personal preference.

Was a bit apprehensive about buying this since I wasn't sure how well floors would be cleaned without detergent or cleaning solution. However, after doing some research and testing the floors turn out spotless. We also use it on our range cooker, splashback and cooker hood to remove built up grease and burnt on food. It also works well on the en-suite shower tiles to remove grime and scum. We had to buy a few extra terry cloths so we can easily rotate around and don't completely blacken the one that's included!

Love this cleaner, just have to fill it up and off you go, can pour water straight into it, and fill it up easily as you go. I had another steam cleaner that you had to screw top it, and to keep getting that on and off to refill, eventually that just stuck and the cleaner could not be used. This is a great cleaner easy to use and does a great job. The only drawback is not enough extras, cloths and brushes with it, but still good enough for me to give it 5 stars.

Simple excellent. I read reviews and was a little worried With comments on cloth and initial water loss. I have solutions...Those peps who have problems with the rectangular terry cloth - fold lengthwise and tuck into clips - you can then fold and reuse all the 4 sides. Also the water which comes out before the steam - simple point into the open filling tank - so no need to waste. Much lighter than vax and open water refill means no tricky sticking of the cap.

Love love love it. Took a while to remove from box but needs must and never seen clean like it. Now addicted. Strips dirt. Fat on cooker hood disolves but then have to buy more brush heads as beyond use after that. Years of grime removed and back to original surface in places that have not been seen for years. Takes time and patience but results worth it - one of those moments when you realise something you never knew you needed is a great help.

Makes cleaning floors easy! I bought this model as you can re fill as you go. The only downside for me is that the power cable is not that generous. The attachment of the large cleaning cloth seems a bit odd, but it does work well enough! Useage tip: just before use , press switch and squirt the bit of water in the tube into the sink .....this stops you getting a puddle! When steam comes through, attach the mop end and get cleaning!
