Purchased this at beginning of the month but truthfully put it to the test the other day.Brilliant and adaptable. Can be used as a floor steamer which is great for cleaning floor tiles. My old steam mop use to leave the floor quite wet and slippery.. not this one. In just a few minutes the floor is dry.Magic!Not only is it a brilliant floor cleaner but with a few alterations it is an easy to use hand held steam cleaner with a choice of add ons nosel which blasts any stubborn grime but you can add brushes to the end to help get in those nasty ridges round taps, shower heads and toilets. Leave them looking like new.If I had to grumble about anything the attachment for cleaning wall tiles was a disappointment as it didn't stay on.

I did a bit of research before purchasing this steamer and Vax seem to be generally well thought of. I was not sure whether I needed detergent or not ( this model does not take detergent), so I opted for a reasonable cheap model that I got for a very good price. It managed to mop a large dining kitchen, utility and toilet plus upstairs bathroom on one fill of the water jug. Due to the high temperature and small water droplets it does not wet the floor much, in fact it was dry within a couple of minutes, much better than a wet mop. Floors were clean and streak free ( I did brush up the dirt before I steamed) and it only took me 10 - 15 mins to do the lot which is a lot quicker than a wet mop.

I brought this along with a carpet cleaner and together I can deep clean my house top to toe! Fantastic steamer as a floor mop or a hand held the attachments are fantastic the water tank holds plenty of water to clean a whole room ie bathroom complete suite floor and tiles without the need for refilling. The cord is the perfect Legnth for my house which is great you don't feel restricted all in all I feel gutted I used so much unneeded elbow Greece over the years and I wish I'd if invested in one when I first had my daughter and first home 8 years ago! Thanks vax! 8-)

Works very well & easy to use with maneuverable head. I had a job to separate item - clips very stiff - even my husband struggled - but found that if I used a hard surface to help I can release handle.Tiled worked surface looks much cleaner & quarry tiled floor was grubbier than I thought even though I had mopped it regularly!

The mop is easy to use and very effective. I struggled with the hand held steamer as the attachments dont seem to fit properly and one actually kept falling off. It seemed to be of little effect in this mode, but when used on the floor it was great. Dries relatively quickly which is what I needed as I have a dog and struggle to keep him off the wet floor. Unfortunately the knob you need to fill the water tank was broken and we couldn't get it off without pliers so had to return. Now replaced

I have wanted a steam mop and chose this one as it had multi-functionality at a fair price. The mop works well and the adjustable heat setting is good. The tile attachment is tricky to get used too but it does work. I have not used many other attachments yet but i think the floors dry faster than a regular mop with the added benefit of the heat killing bacteria.It is nice and slim so is easy to store away, I was the floor pad after each use and it is still in good condition Overall I am pleased

I really like the steam amount button so you can be in control of the steam produced for difffern cleaning .accessories that comes with it are very useful.i cleaned the kitchen tiles with the scrubber and it looks so shiny now.im very pleased with my purchase and would 100% recommend it to any busy households.my laminate floor looks clean n shiny now.i pour a bit of use floor cleaning liquid with lemon scent on the floor and then start mopping,the whole house gets a very nice fresh smell.

Was researching for ages trying to find the best steam cleaner and this is perfect! My tiled floor is sparkling and so clean without leaving a mark. Cleaned my laminate floor aswell and came up a treat.So easy to use and would 100% recommend. Its so much quicker using this compared to a mop and floors are not soaking wet. Floor are dry in less than 10mins. Only issue id say is cord is too short so have to use extension lead and would have been nice to have got a spare pad included.

After reading the instructions I found this product really easy to use. I have mainly used this for ckeaning wooden floors and I was delighted with the result. Little moisture left which dries up in a few minutes and there was definitely a huge difference compared to mop. Noted that 'others' had said that it was hard to take off or change accessories but there are release buttons so I haven't found this a problem. Well worth the money and would recommend to others without hesitation.

The cleaner is lighter than previous vax model which it replaced due to failure. This version has continuous steam rather than a trigger operated release which although uses water faster is a lot easier to use.Easy to assemble although the glass cleaner tool is a bit fiddly.Haven't used it as hand held with tools as yet, the cable is not quite long enough for my preference and the cable tidy arrangement on the handle is not user friendly when wrapping it up so overall a 4 star rating.

This steamer feels a better quality than the last three I have tried. It works well putting out plenty of steam. My reservations are about the cleaning pad. It only comes with one so I've had to purchase 2 spares (otherwise it's always in the wash when I need it) The cleaning area is also bigger than orthers I've tried which means the pads I have left from them do not fit or attach properly to the Velcro pads. So far very pleased with it. If it lasts more than a year it will be amazing!

I don’t know why I haven’t got a steam mop before now, it’s amazing if you’re a nesting pregnant lady like I am and wanting to clean everything! So far I’ve only used the attatcment for grout and the steam mop itself on hard floors and using the carpet attachment and I’m happy to say I’m extremely happy with it, it just leaves the floors feeling squeaky clean rather than when you use a regular mop and it leaves a chemical residue. The only issue I have is the cord is a little short!

Having previously used H20 mops I was dubious about purchasing a cheaper steam mop. Have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It steams as well and does the edges. It doesn't produce as much steam or use as much water and takes longer to heat up. The cloth mop is raggedy and untidy but does the job. No spares included which meant having to buy a spares package, more expense, but still cheaper than an H20 which inky seem to last maximum 2 yrs. fingers crossed this lasts as long or longer

I purchased this Steam Cleaner to clean laminate/tiled floors, wall tiles, greasy ovens and glass shower doors/cubicles. I am a professional cleaner and found this product to be extremely useful and is the best piece of equipment that I have bought to date. My Clients have been really impressed with the end result. One piece of advice to anyone looking to purchase this, I would suggest that you use a Steam Cleaning Liquid as opposed to just normal water - leaves a great scent behind!

After the one my father had previously owned for a few years dying, he dropped a few subtle as a brick hints he would 'love' a replacement. So I picked this one up as it's was as close to the one he was used to that I could find. Well I can't say I have ever seen anyone, man or woman, so chuffed after steam cleaning the floor, then the bathroom tiles, the floor again... these oldies right? Suffice to say based on my father's wealth of experience, it does a good job for a fair price.
