I didn't find any of the automatic set up worked. Not sure why. The cell batteries inside were low or flat on arrival which may have contributed to the problem, however would have thought mains power might have allowed auto set up but it didn't . So I set it up manually which if nothing else made me read the instruction book. The buttons are not intuitive you need to read instructions. Finding buttons in the dark to switch it off takes getting used to then you have to remember if you dont want it to go off the next day to switch the alarm off which is done by holding down two buttons. Guess which ones - sorry read the instructions. Perhaps I should have bought a more basic alarm clock.

This does everything I want it to do. My last one eventually gave up after about 12 years. The buttons on top stopped working properly over the last years or so but I like the fact that it automatically sets the time after a power cut or being switched off. I can set the alarm to go off Mon-Sat and not on Sunday without having to turn the alarm off. The display automatically dime when I switch off the light at night and is not too bright but big and clear enough to see in the dark. The sound is fine for waking me up and listening to in bed and I have never had a problem finding channels.

This clock radio is ideal for waking us up in the morning , when I first plugged it in ,it automatically set itself to the time and day , a very easy clock set up , there aren’t an awful lot of radio stations that it picks up , but that is probably to do with the location I live in .

Very good value, easy to operate but must read booklet before making an attempt to set it up, only thing I would pre fare if the radio on off switch was one end or the other would be easy to just have radio on at any time whilst laid in bed. Not a big issue still excellent purchase

I will review this when I have worked out how set the timer. Too many buttons for my age, not as straightforward as my RC-1067L, only 6 buttons needed. I will get one of my 6 year old grandchildren to set it for me, and then review. Dave

Some good features at great price.We particularly like the 5, 6 or 7 day alarm feature. Radio reception is good, although I suppose that will depend upon geographical location.

An excellent choice at a very reasonable price. I did like the automatic time setting especially as my husband isn’t very good adjusting digital devices. He was very impressed.

I first purchased one of these about 20 years ago, its still working so purchased 2 more for other rooms the price is ridiculously cheap. Excellent item

This is the second one of this model I have had, the previous one for 11 years. Very pleased hope it serves me as well. Excellent Clock/ Radio/Alarm.

I would buy it again it’s excellent value time clear to see in the dark and a decent radio easy to use
