This is the BEST CLOCK EVER !! No setting needed just pop in the battery and it does all the setting up for you. I keep forgetting what day it is partly down to the way things are right now and partly down to age. I was looking at clocks that have the day and date displayed on the face and I found this little beauty. I was so thrilled with it I told my sister about it and here was delivered the day after mine. It's good size,has a light and as it works on radio signals the time is always right

Wanted this clock for ages. Looks cute. But needs good light to read the display. The display is more of dark grey on light grey. Yes you can operate the back light for 6 seconds but then it turns off. For a radio controlled alarm clock that stays light day and night Argos do one by precision ( 804/1140) . The Oregon scientific clock fooled me as it needs to tune in the time signal by pressing and holding the + button. Being a bloke didn't think I had to read the instructions but sadly I did.

A neat little clock that works well. As with many clocks of this type the receiver can be a little insensitive and can be blocked by other wireless emitting devices close by. It obviously depends on your location and many other factors. Keeping it a reasonable distance from other tech gear overnight when it updates helps if you have a problem..Sometimes it works better on the Euro setting even when you are in the UK, just put an hours offset in the mode menu settings to give you UK time.

Love the clock. It takes up little room, is very smart, and is easy to program for the first time.There are two alarms in this clock, and the alarm sound isn't too nerve jangling. However, the backlight is not on during the night. It only lasts for 5 seconds, and you have to switch it on manually to read the time! Not long enough for anyone to read the time. Manufacturer please note!I would recommend this clock still. It comes with batteries, and is not horrendously expensive either.

Looks great, and is small yet effective - though it has a thin base it isn't easily knocked over. Nice and compact if you need to take an alarm clock with you, and no wires to worry about.The date/time size is large enough, and setting up is very easy.The alarm sound in itself is loud enough to wake a heavy sleeper. Only annoyance for me is that any time a button is pressed it beeps quite loudly, not ideal if setting the alarm with other sleepers around!Overall, very pleased!

I wanted a clear, easy to read clock for my mother (who has dementia) to have on her table by her chair to give her basic day / date / time information. It is a lot cheaper than the ones specifically designed for dementia. It was bought as a Christmas present so although I have tried it to make sure it is working OK, it hasn't been used regularly yet but I'm sure it will be OK.

Simple and easy to use, straight forward instructions for a digital clock in my opinion. I like that it has 2 alarm settings for different times, it has the date too which is nice. The buttons are light touch and have a simple beep, it has a nice slimline shape about it, the light is not too harsh either. I"m really happy with it!

Works well. Using it as telephone clock for my mother with damenture. She needs to know the time and date to stop her keep asking the caller. Would have preferred the day be in full and the month three letters rather than numbers for her but works well and keeps her thinking about month number to month conversion.

This is a good alarm clock at a good price. No ticking and no glare from the display unless a button is pressed.The only criticism is that the alarm isn't particularly loud. It is probably OK for most people but not for heavy sleepers and those with hearing loss.

Only had a couple of weeks but seems to do all that is needed - date, time, dual-time alarms, night light (NB beeps when pressed). Only strange thing seems to be you can;t get the light to come on if it is set to pick up the radio-controlled time signal.

Good alarm clock. I love the feature that means you don't have to set the alarm again. Easy to see face. Stands fairly firm.. Only downside the alarm off\back light button is very sensitive. All in all well worth the money.

Ideal size for a small bedside uhit. The display characters are large and easy to read.Disappointing that the time did not automatically synchronise using wireless signal but it may be the fault of a weak reception at home.

Nice little alarm clock. No need to set the time or change the time when the clocks go back or forward. A word of warning, it does need a good radio signal to pick up the right time. Near a window is usually good.

It's described as 'desktop' but looks good at the bedside. Big readout with backlight. No 'seconds' on the display though. Lots of good features. Quality looks good but not had it long enough to test durability.

Bought as a backup alarm to the radio coming on in the morning, in case of sleeping in.... Works a treat.... But thankfully not really had to wake me.... But a nice strident alarm.... Easy to set and operate.
