My last two pairs of boots have been Lowa, and as they were pretty rugged and lasted a good while I decided to go for these. Big mistake. After about three months of light use I noticed small gaps appearing on both boots , between the black rubber soles and the grey part or the heel. Didn't think too much of it, thought they're only small cracks.My bad. Within nine months of purchase the heel part of the sole was all but hanging off,and collecting debris and water. Submitting this review after twelve months of wear, because I think for the price of these boots the materials should not have perished so quickly.
