The design is incredibly durable, especially for an interceptor class Tie-Fighter. I know the sequel movies aren't exactly liked amoung most fans, but in terms of aesthetic design and a solid build state, I highly recommend this set, even though it's not widely on the market anymore. Within the set are some unique minifigures that you cannot recieve in any other set, duly to note Major Vonreg themself; with a completely unique print and helmet. It has a lot of playability, on both the imaginary side and with the flick fire shots, which are triggered by an inbuilt mechanism, but is equally as good, if not better as a display piece. As a final note, all pieces in the set are printed onto the pieces you need to build the set,

To be very honest... first impression when I saw this set on Instagram & YouTube was quite disappointing... overpriced and over-studedly bad... saying all that I got it anyway because it's very unique in the LEGO Star Wars line to see a red tie fighter (or interceptor)...NOW I actually finished building/holding it and swooshing it around a bit in my hand... I like it I like it a lot!!! Especially when it's placed besides my other First Order LEGO collection. All the red together just look awesome! I am no fan of the new Star Wars Trilogy movies...BUT I strongly recommend this set to all Tie Fighter collectors out there.

This new Tie Interceptor is great and has been a long time since 2006 since we got another Interceptor plus I like the red and black the figures are not bad as well you have Kaz Xiono, R1 J5 both who I don't know who they are but the droid is cool and I like it's wearing a rebel helmet also I like General Leia who is a great figure to get and this variant looks like the one from the Force Awakens plus I like Major Voreg who looks like a very cool Imperial guard fighter pilot also the red and black make this Tie Fighter look very cool.

There is a special area in my LEGO collection that I love to sit and stare non stop at: my Star Wars Tie Fighters displays. And this set is an amazing addition to my collection ! Love the black and red colors that married just perfectly. I am a huge fan of STar Wars, and I might say a true SW lover, althought I did not quite like the Star Wars Resistance show. However, this ship is tremendous. And I think the price of it is fair compared to other Tie Fighters that came out previously.

First off, I have not seen the Resistance series, so I have no idea as to who any of the characters (besides Leia) are, but from what I can tell, it's based off the TIE Interceptor from the Return of the Jedi. The colour scheme is very distinct, mixing the First Order with a Red Baron feel. Only complaint I have is the cannons on the ends of the wings could be longer

I personally like the color scheme of this TIE Interceptor. It's gorgeous. And it was a fun build. Unfortunately, you won't know any of the characters (except Leia) unless you've seen the Resistance show. BUT, the ship is worth getting and building for sure, and you don't HAVE to watch the show in order to enjoy this ship. It's gorgeous.

This was a very fun build and it has very fun play features. The wings look beautiful and so does the color scheme and though the price is a little high, it is still a very good set with many good features.

My son was very pleased with this item but he did notice there were a couple of pieces missing which was surprising, baring in mind the packs were all unopened. But he managed without them ok.

I enjoyed building it. Overall had a good playing experience. It’s a sturdy set and doesn’t fall apart and is not that hard to build. It’s for sure one of my fav LEGO Star Wars sets

This Lego set contains 500 pieces and is a great toy to play with and to display, it comes with four minifigures, and goes well with my imperial tie fighter base.
