Having just completed the Stormtroopers helmet only the other day I decided to order the Tie Fighter one because they are really that good trust me! It took me approximately 5.5 hours to complete (I'm not the worlds fastest Lego builder lol) about half an hour longer than when I built the Stormtrooper Helmet this is due to the extra brick count etc. After finishing the Tie Fighter helmet it looks really good in all its glory I am not disappointed what so ever. The detail is second to none Lego have done themselves proud and pulled out all the stops in the design! For me personally though I still prefer the Stormtrooper Helmet if I had to pick just one of them out of the two I think it's more iconic and the white colouring just pops.

found it a bit tricky trying to get the bricks to connect they were really stiff and you need to make sure you line the bricks up exactly or it’s tricky to get pieces to fit together.After I had done 2 bags of the bricks my fingers were sore! As I was adding some parts I kept knocking bits off and then had to reattach them which started Was very annoying, You need patience. instructions are very easy to follw, It’s much smaller than I thought it would be. Great quality and some amazing details.

I love Lego and love to play with my girls making all sorts So when it came to this Lego project it was nice to do on my own. A bit of fun for the big kid in me!!! The set is really well designed with easy to follow instructions there was only one downside of that it was hard to keep some parts together but overall a great product and although I’m not a huge Star Wars fan it is really good looking and have even put it up on my shelf as it looks that good I would definitely recommend this set

I'm not sure why this model is 18+, my 10 year old son managed it with little guidance from me. The finished product stands 19cm tall so easy to display on a shelf and is very detailed. The box it came in seemed a better quality than normal, so it would make in ideal gift for a star wars loving lego enthusiast. Over 700 pieces divided into 6 bags, the instructions were the usual high quality step by step guide so not too hard to achieve, a bit fiddly in places but that's just part of the fun.

This was such a joy to make, you can easily get carried away building without realising how much time you have put, the instructions are user friendly, the orange piece is incredible, in case you put the wrong pieces in, I did a few times lol, I would say it took me 3-4 hours in total, I built it over few days. Very satisfying when it comes along nicely, towards the end can get tricky, you need to be gentle other wise bit do come off. Overall it was a pleasure building it.

Well it finally landed on my doorstep. The long awaited Lego TIE Fighter Pilot set. Do not be fooled this kit is not for beginners and at times even got me confused on a coupe of a occasions. This kit contains 724 pieces arranged into 6 bags accompanied with a 146 page manual.As you would expect the quality in second to none and took me 4 hours to construct . The finished product looks great however this is NOT a toy but more a display model

This is a great quality Lego set. I bought it for my husband, an avid star wars fan and it has pride of place on his cabinet. Obviously it is fiddly at parts and I will say that I understand why it says 18+ on it. I would only buy this for adults and maybe older teens who have the concentration to do it properly, as it would be frustrating for younger children.It is great quality though and my husband thoroughly enjoyed doing it.

Great And interesting small build. I would highly recommend this set and the other two helmet Lego Star Wars sets to all Star Wars fans.One thing to note is that the set it pretty small. This can be viewed as either a pro or con. I suspect that Lego will release other helmets in future (Vader etc) so smaller size are easier to display.Overall good quality product. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic build. I do a lot of Lego building and this has been one of my favourite builds to date. The way the bricks are used are very clever in places and the final model looks great. It’s also very sturdy. The build age is quite old but I think any experienced builders could do it. I’m sure I would have been able to manage it as a younger teenager.

The design of the box is a wow. Opened the box to 6 packets of lego and a thick instructions. I followed the it step by step and finished it within 3hrs. The mask itself is brilliantly designed and i wasn't dissapointed by the details. I expected it to be a little bigger than the finished article but still love it. Comes with a stand to display it on.

When I received this item I was a bit shocked by the amount of pieces but I had so much fun building it and it looks amazing once completed it took a while I must admit but worth it! It's perfect gift for any star wars fans out there and theres the feeling of smugness once you have built it. Top marks!

I just love lego. They have increased its products base in the adult lego market with this series of star wars helmets. Usually I find lego a bit too pricey for the amount of time it takes to build but these are value for build time and look great as a display piece without taking over your house.

Amazeballs lego helmet - last of the set of three for me. Boba Fett and Stormtrooper first this TIE Fighter Pilot was last to the party.Quite hard to do, especially with great big ham fists like mine, but got there in the end and so satisfying to sit back and look at all three together.

Just started my Lego journey. This is the second set of the series I have bought. Excellent quality as always. Great fun and looks fantastic. Was out of stock for ages but they notified when it came back into stock. I ordered it and it was delivered the next morning.

Not good for poor eyesight and found this one trickier than the storm trooper helmet but looks good and it was fun building just frustrating as I use a black surface when building Lego to keep my parts on Amanda I couldn’t see but that’s not Lego’s fault
