For the price I am very impressed with this vacuum cleaner. I bought this as a replacement for my Vax that the brush stopped working on so didn't want to spend lots on a new one but even then they all seem to have such mixed reviews so took a punt on a cheaper version but a known brand. It is nice and simple just switch on and go, no extra boost or brush bar button as the brushes are working all the time. it has a larger bin than most however i find that i still have to empty it frequently as I have house rabbits and the fur wraps itself around the filter inside the bin so while there is still plently of space in the bin I empty it as I dont want to damaged it by the filter getting clogged up but is very eay to clean.The brush bar is again very easy to clean as has a release clip to remove the brush unlike my other one when I had to unscrew the side to remove. I don't have the pet brush as my rabbits don't sit on the furniture so cannot comment on how well that works. The battery can be removed from the cleaner therefore can be charged wherever you wish and another big bonus is the vacuum cleaner will stand upright on its own without support unlike my previous cleaner when you had to prop up against a corner or lay down on the floor when working around the house. Battery life is ok I normally am able to use it as least twice cleaning my whole downstairs of pet hair before recharging. On the whole I am very pleased with it and my daughter is now considering one for her student room.

Upon receiving this product, I noticed how light the box was and relished at the thought of not having to carry a heavy upright up and down the stairs anymore on a daily basis. The actual product was extremely easy to put together and I didn't need to refer to the instructions for assembly. It is handy that attachments are stored inside the hoover. The LED lights on the hoover help me see bits I would of otherwised missed, so this is a handy extra that this hoover offers. Once charged the hoover lasts for approximately 20-25 minutes, I find this suffice for a quick clean of my 3 bedroom house but don't think it would be enough for a deep clean.I found it works well on both laminate and carpets but found it does perform better on carpeted areas. It can be quite awkward sometimes to manoeuvre on laminate floors and noticed although the suction is good, sometimes I do have to go over the odd bit more than once to pick it up. The dust compartment is very easy to empty and cleaning of the hoover is also very simple. I did try using it as a hand held for the stairs but found it to be quite heavy and it did hurt my wrist after a couple of minutes. In despite of this, I feel as though this is a good hoover and I actually prefer it more than my expensive upright model and find myself using it more. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product and I think it offers good performance for a reasonable price.

*UPDATE* * The brush of the vacuum has started to play up now after 5 months it does not move when hoovering on the carpet I try to keep it clean as I can but still it's getting problems so best not to use on the carpet. Hoover has said a new brush is not included with your guarantee you have to pay £20 for a new one.*I love using this vacuum it has made my life easier, I would definitely recommend a cordless vacuum as it is much easier to clean and less hassle. This particular vacuum has very special features you can remove the brush from the bottom to clean and take out any hairs that may be stuck, which is something i would prefer to upgrade to in the future (hair free brush)as I would expect them to go straight into the bin but I don't mind cleaning it the hairs don't get stuck i can easily untangle the hair within two minutes. It has two other brush cleaning tools which you can attach when you make it handheld easy to clean the car, any quick messes and even on the stairs as its lightweight.I wish the battery life was extended a bit more to about 40 minutes but still 25 minutes is not bad it can last me 2 days and then I charge it and it charges quickly if its not completely dead.Overall I really do love this vacuum I use it everyday and am very happy with it, it's lightweight, modern and it has made cleaning fun and now it is my main vacuum I have said bye to corded.

I've used this for about 3 weeks now, and have found it to be good throughout the house on carpets as well as hard floors, the charge last for around 30 to 45 minutes before you can tell it need re charging, so it may have been better with a larger or second battery especially if you have a larger house, It has totally changed my opinion of cordless hoovers as this has been a joy to use, its well balanced and light enough even for the kids to use and its easier just to whisk out the hoover now, Could have done with either space on the wall mount or a bag of some sort to hang on the mount to keep the spare attachments when not in use, but this isn't too much of a problem.I've also used it in my car as well and it did a good job of the seats and carpets but the only problem i found it the crevice tool is very short and doesn't always reach right in down the side of the seats so it would have been better even if it was a couple of inches longer,

I’ve got a Dyson ball, very happy with it, it’s heavy yes, but that’s not why i wanted a cordless stick cleaner. It was for the stairs. For the price this hoover is very good. Easy to assemble. The suction is good, nowhere near as strong as the Dyson, but good. It’s lightweight when used as the whole thing but when just using the section for the stairs, i think it’s a bit heavy. It’s easy to bin the dust but in the dust compartment there is a section with mesh and the fluff sticks to it and dosnt come away when you empty it, so you have to use your finger to pick it out, and that’s nearly every time so it’s a bit annoying. It comes with one attachment, a crevice tool with attached brush.I would have liked an attachment for furniture, like the Dyson. Having said this for the price I’m pleased with it

Having used my H-Free 100 Pets cleaner for a few days now, i am impressed just how well this vacuum cleans. I have always been a fan of a corded cylinder type hoover but recent health issues have not made this practical anymore. I have a mix of hard floors and carpets throughout my house and this hoover is great on both, easily lifting dark dog hair from a light coloured carpet.However i have noticed that the brush often flicks small hard items like dog biscuit across the floor rather than sucking it up, meaning i end up vacuuming some areas twice. I have also found it difficult to remove the long pole from the cleaner when i wish to use it as a handheld vac to hoover out the car for example.Overalla great little hoover with a couple of minor flaws

At first, I could not see how to access the filter above the dust chamber that gets clogged with dust. Then, I re-read the instructions and, inspired, found I could easily pull out the round filter top above the chamber and wash away the surface dust. The only niggles I have are its weight, the failure to move it sideways on some surfaces, and care needed to separate the main unit from its extension. tube The small unit, which is heavy falls off suddenly and needs to be attempted carefully, laid on the floor. Otherwise, you risk breaking it or hurting your foot - as I did.Overall, I'm very pleased, provided my husband separates the unit!

I purchased this item because of price and reviews. I have not been disappointed. We have 7 dogs and 6 are long haired. For the price I think its excellent value, it's suction is very good and it cleans up hair very well. The removeable roller is really useful for easily removing hair from the roller. The batterys last long enough to being able to clean reasonably well. The bonus is being cordless. For my budget I am pleased I purchased it. The only negative is the price of the spare batteries.

Filters and dust bin are easy to empty. The lights make hoovering dark corners easy. It comes with a wall attachment but can also free stand. Most tools are attached and can be easily cleaned. It picks up well and moves from carpet/rugs to tiles/laminate. Battery life around 20 mins. Its a bit noisy and the pet hair tool doesn’t attach anywhere to keep it all together. It doesn’t have a boost button for extra suction however it dose pick up very well without. Overall great little hoover.

I love the flexibility of this hoover and how easy it is to use in a range of different ways. It's so quick and easy to switch from hoovering the floor to handheld mode and has different attachments that can be added easily. Suction is good, I like that the brush spins on both the large attachment for floors and the smaller attachment for stairs and furniture. It comes with a handy wall mountable stand for charging, although can stand against a wall without this. Overall very pleased.

Have only used once as was only delivered today but so far I am very happy and impressed.Wanted something light weight and easy to move due to health issues I struggle with heaver hoovers that are hard to move.Easy to put together, very light weight, picks up things well and easy to move and use.Will see how it goes with regular use over the next few months :)As it stands I would recommend this to anyone and esp those who struggle with big bulky hoovers.

I was very excited when I got the hoover, so light and easy to set up. All the bits and bobs are stored within the hoover and quick to attach or use. I love how it is so versatile. Goes round corners and some little leds light the way. It is also good to use on stairs, under the bed, and in little gaps. One great hing is that you can remove the brush to clean. Hair is always clogging any vacuum up so this is a great way to extract it.

I bought this after getting fed up with lugging my Henry around, especially up the stairs. This hoover is perfect if you vaccum everyday, it picks up great and is easy to use. We have a cat that molts lots and it does a great job at picking up the hair.I'm really glad I bought it as its made my morning routine so much easier.I have a small 2 bed house and it easily can do all rooms on one charge so it's perfect for us.

Don’t normally post reviews but this is a great bit of kit and not overly pricey for what you’re getting.Suction is good for the size and you can get the whole house done on one charge.Only downside is anything bigger than a cm or two does get stuck in the throat of the unit behind the hoover head itself, but is easily cleared... just don’t expect this to do a hardcore clean. It’s great for a day to day clean though.

Only just received this hoover. After having a dyson and a shark I was a little bit reluctant to change. However this hoover is great. Did my first hoover yesterday and the suction was great on hoover. One charge I managed to do all the rooms in house and stairs (just a light hoover). I don’t know how much charge was left but I put it on charge and going to do a deep clean today. Impressed with this hoover so far.
