For years I have used a Dyson animal (I have quite a few hairy dogs), but decided to try a new brand, and I'm glad I did. On the down side, following the written instructions is a bit of a trial as they are not as clear as they might be, and assembly was as much guess work as following them, and I am still working out where most of them fit and how they are used. The hose is almost independent of the hoover, hangs on the side and needs to be attached if it is to be used. The bin is small and requires emptying more often, and has to be taken apart from the top if there is excess dog hair which doesn't fall out when the cylinder is opened - a real pain. However,

Overal. Delighted with this hoover a little bit fiddly to manually connect the hose extender when a lot of competitors have this as a fixed accessory. Once you get going it is absolutely superb. Hoovered our hall with our Dyson and then used this. The waste container had over one inch of dust , hair etc. Suction power is outstanding. Maybe a little bit noisy but I can cope with that. Another major plus point is the length of the power cable. No need to plug and unplug. Great on stairs and brilliant at collecting pet hair. Overall a tremendous piece of cleaning kit. Very good price too.

Was very surprised at the ease of use for this product. Set up was easy and it’s great that all the tools you can possibly need are able to be stored on board. The vacuuming itself is not too heavy and has plenty of suction, the ability to adjust the suction is great too for when moving from different kinds of floor coverings. The pet tool is also great for the stairs. A really good quality product I would definitely recommend to buy.The first time I used it I was amazed how much dirt was in the container, it was a massive shock

Seems like a good hoover - we have. Not had a new one for ovy10 years and with a labrador any new hoover would seem like a miracleEasy to put together suction good (so far) on both carpet and hard floorsFeels a bit heavy on carpet but we do have it on the max strength suction it glides forwards but heavy to pull back would not put me off buying again thoughGood attachments love that they live On the hoover although not used yet Stairs give a 4 star as think hoover will be heavy to lift while cleaning stairs ??

It’s very heavy so taking up and down stairs is difficult, bulky at the bottom making hard to get into smaller areas. The hose sits separate so to vacuum under furniture you need to add it on which is time consuming. Although you can have it attached permanently there is no brackets to keep attached so it jumps about everywhere, which is not ideal.It is very powerful and vacuums large areas with ease. I do recommend if needing large areas covered rather than smaller, hard to reach places.

The hoover raises the pile in our lounge carpet and picks up dust from the edges. It is easy to manoeuvre (turns by tilting the handle), but on our carpet it was difficult to push, fixed by reducing the suction (using a slide on the hoover). It goes from carpet to hard floor easily by a push of a button. All the tools are stored on board, but the hose needs to be attached to the hoover before use. The bin was easy to detach but waste got caught when emptying and dust sticks to the bin itself.

Good adjustable suction power that copes with cat fur and muddy prints on the carpet. Easy to manoeuvre, but a bit on the heavy side. Handle tended to press on my little finger on repetitive backward motion when using it for a while. Handle height adjustment seems good, as does the ability to store all the tools on the machine. Hose (long enough) and tools easy to attach & use. Long power cord & easy to empty. Can do all the vacuuming jobs including car as long as you can get to a plug socket.

Easy to put together initially, 2nd time of use, had to remind myself of what went where, when connecting up the hose.I'm glad I bought the "PETS" version, I seem to prefer to use that tool on the stairs. It's a very efficient machine, picking up items that my last vacuum obviously didn't!Although it reaches awkward places easily, that twisting, with combined pushing, seems to make my back ache. On the straight sections absolutely no problem, effortless, it can almost run away with you!

I use this hoover on hard floor and carpets. The suction is excellent and the movement of the Hoover is great and gets in to the corners at ease. The extra carpet cleaner is amazing and picks up dog hair really well! It’s easy to empty and is bag less which again just makes things easier. The only negative is the messing around when trying to put the hose on to do smaller and more awkward areas. Over all I would really recommend this hoover, especially if you have a furry friend like me.

I have a british blue cat who literally molts everywhere most of the time! This hoover manages to keep it under control by suctioning up as much hair as possible. Easy to use, not as easy as handheld hoover of course, so a bit trickier for stairs but i cope well so no complaints here! A bit loud but power of this beauty makes up for it! Definitely very useful for any furry animal keeper! Looks good as well and the lead is very long. Overall, for the price this is brilliant piece of kit!

Nice looking hoover with plenty of power. Suitable for carpets (rugs maybe a little too powerful) and hard floors - it’s works a dream possibly better than my previous top end hoover! The hose has to be removed and attached elsewhere to use. I loved the fact I could plug it in in one room and it covered the entire downstairs (usually needs 3 different plugs). My only negative is it’s slightly on the heavy side, it takes quite an effort to push - but overall pleased with this hoover.

I am very impressed with the suction of this hoover, my carpets look like new! Having gone from a cylinder hoover I do find it very heavy to push around, but that said it is easy to manouevre with one hand. The power cord is very long and I like the fact that all the tools are on board, although it is a bit of a faff having to plug in the flexible hose to use the tools. The stair tool is excellent. The dust container is easily emptied over a bin. I am very pleased with it.

The Hoover is very manoeuvrable. The whole back of the moves and twists. It was a little bit heavy and noisy to start with but after using it for a day it was fine. The hose is not connected to the hoover but easily pushes in when needed. The tools all fit securely on the base unit, something that majority of my old hoovers don't do. The hoover suction is really powerful. It can be controlled on the side of the base unit even on minimum it gave a brilliant clean.

Fantastic quality product. Not only does this hoover have a stylish and modern design, it also has amazing suction! Cleaned up pet fur amazingly well. The hoover comes with lots of attachments for floors, curtains/upholstery and they are all easily attachable and can then be clipped to the hoover when not in use. The 4.5m hose and 10m cable makes hoovering stairs a doddle! This is definitely a hoover that I would recommend, for those with or without pets.
