I am siluper impressed with my new Dyson, where to start it has so many good features firstly it's suction is second to none I have gone through many hoovers including older model dysons to industrial hoovers and Henry's, but having a large family and lots of pets they all had one thing in common they couldn't keep up with with the demands put upon them and went bang!! This hoover comes with the option of a 4 year garentee offering a full replacement if it should pack up (which I opted for) like I said it has very good suction getting deep down into the carpet removing alot more dust and hair than any of my previous hoovers leaving my carpets looking like new again.The first time I tried myhoover was after I had borrowed my sister's shark hoover and even tho it looked clean I just wanted to test out my new one and I was amazed at how much more this hoover got out of my carpets after already being hovered, it is super quiet as well which I love and it all comes apart so easily meaning it's extremely easy to keep clean and maintained, also it has a really long hose and electric cord abling me to move around the house freely without having to keep changing plug sockets, there is a see through tube to locate any blockages, and because it can be dismantled easily its extremely easy to unblock if needed, I am so impressed with this hoover I could literally keep babbling on about its good points (sad I know lol) but i highly recommend this hoover. oh and it comes with great attachments also making life so much easier when cleaning, so it's a 5 stars and a thumbs up from me .

I bought this product around a week ago and delivery was fast, despite the current situation. I'm a student and I've just moved into my first home with my boyfriend who has a dog. We already had a heavy, dated Dyson but with two flights of stairs in the house it was becoming unbearable. So after researching for weeks I decided to go ahead and pay the extra for this Dyson instead of the Vax Blade that my sister had got. So glad I did! It's sleek and compact and designed brilliantly, right to the last touch. The pick up is insane; the amount of pet hair it picked up after doing our rug and only the kitchen floor was just unbelievable; of which my other Dyson had failed!The ball allows great flexible movement instead of having to plonk it in different directions each time to get it to where you want it; with this Dyson it isn't an issue. I'm really impressed and I have to say at that price it really is worth the money, even though it's a lot to pay for a hoover. The only thing I'd say is that it isn't as light as I thought it would be, but it's still much much better than my other one so I'm happy. The tools that come with are really useful although I haven't used the Mattress tool yet. I purposely decided to go for this and not a cordless one because I'm very forgetful and whenever I'd want to use it I know the battery would be flat, so I honestly don't mind that it's a corded hoover. My advice is, take the plunge! I was researching for weeks about which one to go for, and finally went with this one. You won't be disappointed, promise. Dyson tech at it's finest.

Purchased this vacuum for my mum direct from dyson. Lucky enough to get free hair attachment, 5 Yr guarantee,parts & labour warrantys and all. Has a very long cable length direct mains power.Not a fan of these well overpriced battery vacuums with such small run times which will run down over time,we all know batterys do the same over time no matter what technology has gone into the science behind new batterys,also no less economically friendly for our enviroment with such long charge times for battery itself.those kind of vacuums only any good if you have a tiny tiny house.nowhere near long enough run time if you have a large house to vacuum.So this vacuum is much better being direct mains and in my opinion could never be beaten.Some things just can't be improved.FACT. right about the vacuum itself. It really is a great vacuum and does a really awesome job picking up every little bit of mess. On all carpets low or high pile,low hard floors, rugs etc. Height adjust can be moved so vacuuming on all surfaces is smooth & easy. It's also my mums first time using a ball vacuum and does take a little getting used to, having used standard style vacuums for all our lives. I would say its not really a lightweight vacuum at approx 6.5kg but that's a good thing, otherwise if it was too lightweight you would be dragging it around everywhere, falling over etc,when using on stairs with extension hose. Easy to clean & empty aswell. GREAT TO ONCE AGAIN HAVE A DECENT VACUUM IN THE HOUSE WHICH DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT SHOULD. :-)

Got my new Dyson Small Ball Allergy Cleaner and was impressed from the minute I picked up the box. Carrying boxed items is often difficult due to the size and shape of the packaging, no worries with the ingenious fitted carrying handle imbedded in the packaging. Once home the assembly of the cleaner was child's play and I defy anyone to not be impressed by the simple to follow instructions and how everything fitted together smoothly and even the worst DIY person can easily assemble it. The Dyson Small Ball Allergy is extremely light and is a feature that enables portability especially on steep stairs like we have. The cable is like other Dyson models with a generous length enabling easy passage from room to room.Moving on to performance and having had an original DC01 many years ago the technology has come on leaps and bounds and is very impressive. The cleaners performance is first class and cleaned every room with great results including laminated flooring, ceramic tiles, thick woolen carpets and real wood. Emptying the machine is so easy and the tools that accompany the machine are suitable for a variety of situations. The certainly made cleaning the car with all the nooks and crannies a simple process. Thoroughly delighted with the Dyson Small Ball Allergy Cleaner and this is the third Dyson we have owned.Best of all it is an outstanding British Product. Thanks well delighted.

I hope you get the pun in the title ha! We purchased this after having a little 'goblin' vacuum which never lived up to it's name.. you'd expect a brand called goblin to be GOBLIN the dirt up but this wasn't the case.. It was a toss up between this and the shark anti hair wrap one because let's be honest every female in existence malts hair all over the place and it's the biggest pain to have to either pull or cut hair off the brush.. So as you can imagine that was a big plus of the shark! We decided that during quarantine its probably best to try save some money and opted for this, plus it has some great reviews.. We are not disappointed!!!! The huuuge cylinder means the hair hasn't been wrapped around and caught..yet! I guess time will tell.. the suction on my high pile rug is phenomenal! As you can imagine it makes it a little harder to push due to the depth of the rug but the work out is worth it! I could literally spread the fibres apart and not see a crumb! I've wittered on for a good paragraph now, but honestly, I'm in AWE! (I even accidentally ran over some water that one of the boys poured on the floor and it picked most of that up too! Think the only downside is getting used to all the adaptations and extra bits.. and where they go / how they go back, but I think that's me being an idiot tbh!

We are truly amazed with this machine. It is quiet and not heavy, it weighs only 7 kg.Comes with 4 attachments that are really helpful. I use them all. Great for stairs, sofas, beds. Dusting furniture has never been easier. The tools have very soft bristles so you won't damage your furniture or TVs.People say that it's hard to use the hose. You can unclip the wand pressing the red button on the hose. It is easier to vacuum sofas or chairs then. We don't find it flimsy while using the hose as we simply just put it against something like sofa or bed. It is obvious that it's gonna move if you don't put it against something because the vacuum cleaner isn't heavy so there's nothing to keep it in one place.Easy to empty if you stick to MAX line. I've seen people overfilling the bin and then complaining that it is hard to empty. Or even worse, people complaining that they need to empty it frequently or after one room. That's good as it shows that it cleans well. But you can't please everyone, can you?It copes great with my cats' hair and is great on hard floors too. You need to have it switched to the middle setting on cleaner head to open the large debris channels. Cleans right to the edges and front. Long cord, almost 10m allows me to vacuum our 4 storey house without changing the plug.

I love it!suction is mind blowing compared to my old VAX cleaner!the ball does glide around the house really easy and I love how you can control the suction depending on your floors or carpets. The filter is simple to clean not like my old Vax. The only cons about it is the sturdiness of it, most plastic parts are weak compared to my old Vax which I can tell is much stronger. The little accessory holder doesn't stay in place when I pull the accessory I need, which is annoying. I have removed it and I have to carry the accessories I need around the house -_- all in all this is a great device but could be stronger.Before I forget,my toddler hid a wooden ice cream stick under the sofa which I did not know until the hoover sucked it!I really like that the manual that came with it gives hints and instructions to look and fix blockages. I could see the stick stuck and the manual told me exactly how to get to it which I did!Also I have read reviews about having issues using the vacuum in the stairs, but for me it's perfect!the length of the pipe allows me to hoover my stairs from bottom to the top without having to move it up or down.the pipe extends a lot and if you turn the vacuum in the right direction it stands up and doesn't fall over.

I have purchased two Dyson Small Ball Vacuum Cleaners for use, one in my own home and one in a flat that I rent out for holiday lets. I purchased these after having used the Dyson DC07 vacuum cleaner for the past 15 years in my home, but the hose had become split so I decided to purchase a new Dyson model as the old one was no longer available. I find the Small Ball Vacuum to be less 'user-friendly' that the DC07. Although it can go round corners, I find it more difficult to manoeuvre generally due to a lack of wheels. In addition, the attachments are slightly more difficult to use and operate. The machine feels slightly heavier but that may be a misconception due to the fact I find it harder to manoeuvre.The vacuum works just as well and appears to be as effective at sucking up dirt, but overall, I would much prefer to have been able to purchase another DC07 which I found much easier to use and quicker and easier to empty. Overall, I am happy with the purchase as I believe that the vacuum works well, but just sad that I find it to be poorer than a machine designed many years earlier.

I got this machine a week ago. I previously had a Dyson dc50 and thought that machine was good but this new machine out performs my previous one on all levels. The suction is excellent and the move ability is easy.The wond will extend to the full length of the stairs making hoovering the stairs easy and you do not need to balance the machine half way up the stairs.The tools/ accessories go on and off the machine easily.I suffer from psoriasis and the bed cleaning tool has helped to reduce having to hoover the bedroom floor each day.The cleaner head works excellent on long carpets and I tried it picking up some cotton which did not wind around the mechanism.I have taken out both the filters toclean them and they came out and went back with no problems at all.I cannot recommend this machine highly enough.

We had our old DC14 for longer than I can remember and we have been having issues for a year or two, but I could not convince my wife it was time for a replacement, until she got feed up with the poor suction.The reason for the varying stars is because who uses the machine. Definitely has more suction power, but the need to switch between carpet or solid floor can be a bit annoying at times.Neither my wife or myself feel there is much in the way of lightweight compared to the DC14. The easy to use bit, besides the carpet/solid floor switch, depends on who is using it. I find it easy to use the tools, but for some reason my wife doesn't. I think that this is mainly because she misses the old DC14.At this moment in time,my wife would not buy the same machine again, but this may change as she gets more used to it.

I have had this fantastic machine for a week now and super impressed with the power of it. The family have all commented on how quite it is compared to our older dyson. The suction and cleaning power is far superior. I had hoovered with our older and the tried the dyson small ball allergy and could not believe what it picked up from the carpets, wood and stone floors. Having asthma and dust allergies this has started to make a difference. The mattress attachment is brilliant. The whole machine a slicker build and attachments storage designed into the machine is more streamlined than previous models. Below is an image of my older machine with a couple of days cleaning, I hoovered just before I used the new machine.Next picture shows the further dust and hair the new machine picked up additionally.

We’ve had this Dyson Small Ball Allergy for just over a week, we have found it Amazingly quiet compared to previously owned vacuums, so quiet in fact that the dog no longer leaps to his paws when we start cleaning. The powerful suction has put new life and softness into some of our older carpets by lifting the pile and making them feel like new once again.It is slightly heavier compared to our previous model but worth it given the increased suction and much reduced noise level but it remains very manoeuvrable thanks to the Ball technology making normal around the home cleaning easy, this is also assisted by the use of the supplied tools which are -combination tool, stair tool,Mattress tool & the Soft dusting brush.Dyson have once again produced another great market leading vacuum cleaner.

Bought this new Dyson a month back and it has been absolutely fantastic! My mum has an old Dyson vacuum which has been going strong for over 10 years now, so there was no question of opting for any other brand. I did have a look at few others but nothing seemed as good as this one.And Dyson seem to have improved their machines by a long way. It is so much more powerful, yet less noisy and very easy to move around the house. It’s made my carpets look better than ever before and the best part are the new tools especially the mattress one – which has made me clean my mattresses – something I never did before. I was also surprised how amazingly affordable it is. It’s worth every penny & more!I can’t imagine how Dyson will improve on this one.

This cleaner is a great improvement on the last Dyson I bought,Firstly it comes part assembled, but the final assembly is so simple it just clicks together in a few minutes.When the cleaner is first switched on the first thing you notice is how quiet it is compared to previous Dyson vacuum cleaners. The cleaner is easily manoeuvred around furniture and tight corners because the cleaner is equipped with the famous Dyson ball. The powered brush bar has a larger diameter brush and adjustable suction power to suit what a ever floor type you are cleaning.The power lead is stowed on the back of the machine as normal how ever it has a longer cable than previous models. The new small ball cleaners,to summarise are quieter and more powerful

I was so thrilled to be contacted by Dyson recently and they kindly offered to let me trial their Small Ball Allergy upright vacuum – needless to say I was absolutely delighted. I used to really struggle with our bulky and heavy one and it also took up a lot of space in our utility room cupboard, this model is just perfect! I Love the manoeuvrability, especially when vacuuming under beds and hard to get to areas. The suction is excellent and we have tried it out on both carpet and floor tiles. The machine is quiet compared to others we have used and it comes with several detachable heads, and it’s much lighter to carry than our old one too. Thank you so very much to Dyson, I am converted!
