This is a great bit of kit, took dust out of our carpets we did not.realise existed, we have always used Dyson cleaners for the last 30 years. The other one we had we bought reconditioned and never really came up to our usual standards, this was bought as we did not originally like the ball cleaners, and we had only ever used a Big Ball one in the holiday home we have stayed at a couple of times. But this little ball is light to carry and very easy to use, very quiet compared to our old one. The only downside to this cleaner is that it is so compact that you cannot get all the tools on it at the same time, but that is not really an issue compared to the quality of the unit it self.

Bought this for my wife as she needed a new hoover and although it is pricey it's well worth the money being that you get a 5 year guarantee with it as most hoovers give you 2 years. Its lightweight and does what it says, the only thing is being its very light when using the hose and attachments unless you steady the hoover it tends to fall over.But all in all a good buy and its good at picking up animal hair which is why I got it.

Great small hoover, fabulous suction, easy to manoeuvre. Previous review say this is a heavy hoover, having just replaced a vax, this is not heavy. Absolutely love it, very compact and easy to store away. The extra long cableIs a bonus.

FIRST CLASS VACUUM CLEANER .HAVE HAD OTHER CLEANERS IN THE PAST BUT THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN ANY WAY AS GOOD AS DYSON FOR QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE I WOULD NOT HESITATE IN RECOMMENDING DYSONS TO ANYONE.

Early delivery - great suction. If there is a point against it - it is the weight of the cable pulling the machine over when wound onto the handle otherwise I am well pleased.

A lightweight vacuum that functions perfectly and is ideal for using on the upper floors of the house. A little bit tricky to assemble but managed quite well.

Purchased to use in my Decorating buisness always vacuum my customers rooms after Decorating them.Fabulous

Product itself is alright but I don't think the dust collection container is very well made bit flimsy

Very satisfied with this hoover it is nice and light to move around and does the job it says it does.
