Bought this product in Feb 2014 (now 2.5 years old). One of the handsets lost dial tone. Doro passed me to the supplier ! No Joy there, out of warranty. Contacted Doro again by E.Mail, and they phoned me. Advised me I could buy a single handset and 'pair'. Single handset costs £40 ! Phone owned by elderly mother many miles away, they offered to talk through a few tests over the phone. Managed to work out that if I pressed the * key left hand corner it unlocked the phone !!!!! Phone is fine !!! Doro also advised me that I could buy additional handsets up to 4 extensions and pair the phones. Doro support were very helpful. Used for elderly mother with severe macular. White on large black keys works very well.
