The Doro 1370 is delightful to use with finger size keys and an excellent display. A memory card slot is provided for a micro-SD card up to 32GB enabling photographs taken with the 3 megapixel camera to be safely stored (Note: the memory card slot does not accept a second SIM card). The camera works well and is supported by a LED 'flash-light' for use in low light environments. Ring tones are loud as is the alarm 'clock'. Note: the phone is fitted with contacts for use with a charging cradle, however, a suitable cradle is not available from Doro at present.

Bought this for my 89 year old father-in-law. He only uses his phone for texting and calls and this phone is perfect. No fancy stuff to get bamboozled with. The phone fits comfortably in the hand, the buttons are large and positive to the touch. You can get very large text on the screen and the ring tones are as loud as you could possibly want. All this at a very reasonable price. Perfect! Thank you Doro for being brave enough to design a phone that no teenager would want to be seen dead with.

My mother is in her late 80s, and is a bit of a technophobe. She does however like to have a mobile phone, and needed a new one to replace her old Nokia which had given up the ghost. This phone is almost perfect...almost. Really easy to use, almost like a basic old Nokia. One criticism is that the text and ringing alert volume could do with being quite a lot louder, as could the call volume. My mother can hear it just OK (she wears hearing aids), but I imagine this could be an issue for some.

Bought for my Dad who's really old Nokia had finally given up the ghost! Being of the older generation he struggles with his mobile, so needed something really simple and this has ticked all the boxes... bigger screen, bigger letter, bigger buttons.Dont know what the battery life is like, as he hasnt had it long but he seems very happy with this phone and can actually use it, so all a positive. He only needs it for phone calls n texting, so if that's what you need this phone for, its ideal

Have turned my back on touch screen phones, have returned to traditional cell phone, easy to use, no complicated camera or evasive apps/notifications. Nice looking phone screen larger than i thought has a basic camera that i will probably never have need for, purchased a case . Main features : Light durable phone, Nice colour, Unlocked , reliable.Only negative is battery life could be a little better, however is still ahead of my previous android phone. Very pleased with my purchase.

All I needed was a straight forward phone and I got it with the Doro 1370. I do not need to carry a computer around in my back pocket as I have a computer and i-pad at home to use. The Doro 1370 is very easy to set up and use straight out of the box. It is well made with a clear large screen and the sound and spoken word is very clear. The Doro was from Argos and was sim-free and unlocked, so in went my sim and the Doro fired up and away we went. I did buy a leather cover for the phone.

Got this phone for my dad as he's getting on a bit now and his eyesight is failing and he really can't get along with a smart phone(touch screen). This has a really clear screen and buttons large enough for him to be able to navigate around no problem. One really good feature is an emergency button on the rear of the phone that if pressed sounds an alarm and calls an emergency contact(which is setup by the user), this is great for my dad as he is prone to falls.

I had given my iPhone to my Dad and he was struggling to use it and hear it. This phone does everything he needs - makes and receives calls easily and at decent volume. It was irritating to have to manually enter the phone numbers.Good: Clear, bright screen, shortcuts to 10 favourite numbers, loud volumeBad: Soft-keys at the top left and right change their function depending on what you are doing. This is a bit defeating. Short power cable on mains adapter.

I got this dorro phone for my husband this is his second one like this he loves the phone nice size fits into a pocket not to big nice large buttons to use easy instructions for the phone good sound loudspeaker and volume all the basics you need l think it is a good all rounder phone comes nicely wrapped in box so as you can keep the charger inside till when you need it good battery life span nice graphic colour lovely looking phone very happy customer

I'm an 85 year old gentleman, Purchased this phone to replace my current Doro phone..As needed to have a phone with larger buttons for me to use.Cannot fault this phone at all..It does exactly what is says on the tin!!Would certainly recommend this phone to someone in my position...The price for this phone is very good for someone on a tight budget..Customer service was excellent in these challenging times...

I bought this for my 77-year-old neighbour who needed a simple phone without gimmicks. This is her first phone, and although she was terrified of learning how to use it, she's had it a week now and loves the big keys, easy to read screen, and simplicity of it. Highly recommended for elderly people who have never had a mobile phone before, or anyone who just wants a simple phone that calls and texts.

Got this for my dad who just wanted a basic phone. Big buttons, easy menu system and clear screen with text that can be easily read plus a loud ring. Added to this is the emergency button which when pressed and held automatically rings and texts one of a preset list of numbers, if the first doesn’t answer it rings the next, etc. until someone does answer. Great for older people on their own.

Bought for my elderly father who wanted a simple to use phone for making and receiving calls and receiving texts. Buttons are big enough for him to use and the screen is large enough for him to see the wording. You can enlarge the font which is ideal for him as he has eyesight problems. He is particularly delighted with the added torch and camera features! Excellent value for money.

I purchased this for my 76 year husband who has never owned a mobile and was adamant he would never use one. He was in hospital when I purchased it after reading a review saying how simple it was to use. Its back in it's box now until he has to go back into hospital but he is thrilled with it and the family were so pleased we could contact him whenever we wanted to.

Bought this phone for my mother who is not yet ready for a smartphone! It's fab - Clear, precise buttons. Large, clear screen and some fab features such as a torch, camera, ICE details. She is very happy with it. Not sure about battery life yet as she's only had it a couple of days, but she's had a DORO phone previously and the battery on that was great.
