I have purchased Doro phones (mobiles mostly) for a few times and always found them to be simple to operate and give good quality and sound.This one is for use in the home and has a better quality than some of other types I have had. The sound ican be turned up if required. The keys are large which makes dialing easy. would recommend for anyone with slight hearing problems.

Phones work well. Instructions were not comprehensive so had to work out how to set the phone up ourselves. Comments from other reviewers that the ring tone was too low can be rectified by changing the ringtone once you've worked out how it's easy but not explained in the instructions.

excellent delivery,ordered the phone for my elderly partially deaf and blind in-lawvery please with the ease of use on the phone and easy to set up only one very small criticism the cradle for the cordless phone needs to be more positive when it is replaced.

Easy to use & ideal for my father as it has larger buttons for his larger less dexterous fingers. Doesn’t need to put his reading glasses on to see the buttons. Handset ear volume could be louder

Very pleased with the phone. Our old Amstrad died on us, and this was the only phone I could find with a decent sized screen. I like the melodies it plays. Delivered very quickly as well.

The telephone is very good , a the quality and appearance pleasing . The hand book is easily understood to put the hand set into action

The reception wasn't very good for some calls at the beginning but it is much better now and I like the second phone.

Bought for elderly lady who has poor vision. Not as brightly lit up as would like, but better than her last phone.

Messaging very difficult to hear properly the voice is poor otherwise am happy with other functions
