Bought these as an upgrade to replace our 12 year old Panasonic KX-TGA641E triple handset unit, which were showing their age. Icon based Menu screen with Function split into 6 groups is taking a little "getting used to".I'll have to make myself a prompt card for the more useful #Codes. Set up took 5 minutes. Perhaps Panasonic could pop a laminated #Code guide in the box with the instruction book, which I found easy to follow.Phone Book set up took about 30 minutes for 25 or so entries and was easy as I only needed to input onto one handset and it was shared with the second. The old system had to be done individually was a pain.Call Blocking is a synch too (so handy these days)

Bought primarily to help stop marketing calls and they do.You can block a single number, a range of numbers (for example all calls from a certain dialling code) or more importantly all calls that come up as 'witheld' or 'unknown caller'.Using this we have had NO marketing calls whatsoever in 2 years of use (bear in mind this was a new number on the line also so if your number is very old for even more privacy get a new number also!).The answer machine is fantastic. Simple to use. Can be played from the base or handset when there are messages to hear. No more 1571!It is simple to use and program I found. The range is incredible and the battery life excellent!

We have been really pleased with these quality phones. After a lot of research we settled on these and have not been disappointed. They look really good, feel substantial, have decent sized, and clear, screen & keys, the sound quality through both the earpiece and the speaker is excellent - very clear and stable, plus they work throughout our house. I (at 60+) found them very easy to programme as regards ring sound, volume levels, quick numbers and the address book. It's impressive that after programming the address book on one phone it immediately 'cascades' through to the other ones. Note, however, that the 'quick/rapid dial' numbers you programme are unique to each handset. Also,

It arrived on time and was securely packaged and undamaged. Although the batteries required charging as per the instructions, there was already enough power in them to set up the personal answer machine message and add my telephone book. All of which was simplicity itself to do. Having charged them overnight, the installation (and that's a grand word for simply plugging the 3 units in!) was so easy my 8-year-old grandson could have done it. The features on the phone are excellent, especially the handsfree/loudspeaker ability and the cordless range. The sound quality is great, and the crackles associated with my old cordless phone have gone. I am certain that I will never use all the features that this phone has,

I bought these to replace some awful Gigaset phones we have been unfortunate to have been using for the last few years. Going back to Panasonic was lovely. They have always made good phones.The sound quality of these phones is excellent, crisp and clear for the most part. They look stylish and sleek and feel nice to hold for extended periods of time. As far as features go, they have everything you really need for a landline these days. They don’t have a colour screen however I’ve never fully seen the point of that on a DECT phone system.Plenty of ring tones to choose from… you can customise tones to a particular caller number if you wish. The base station is nice looking with a pretty small footprint and easy to use (and understand)

This trio is easy to set up as in you are can make a call once the phones are charged. The phone list can be put into one phone and automatically repeats in the other two. My real gripe is you cannot mute the answerphone by this I mean when someone leaves a message it is heard in the room. This is a problem if you have guests and you don`t want to take a call at that moment, which means the caller is leaving a potentially a very private message to everyone in the room and if you have poor soundproofing to your neighbours too. I would suggest muting the ring on the base of the main phone as both the handset and the base together are LOUD! On a positive note the handsets have a little weight to them and feel sturdy,

These phones arrived quickly and were so well packaged in a very small box that I was worried I'd been sent a single handset. They're easy to set up but the buttons were slightly more chunky and blocky than I'd expected though not exactly ugly either. Ringer volume is varied enough to please those very sensitive to noise as well those with any hearing difficulties There are many different ringtones to choose from as well as more straightforward digital bell-type ringers. Individual phones seem to hold their initial charge well and we don't use the extra chargers; we prefer to rotate the phones on the answerphone base. I haven't used the intercom or baby monitor feature yet,

We needed to update our home phone system as the other was getting quite old and a little unreliable on occasions, so we purchased this Panasonic answer phone and 3 handsets. It seems a little complicated to set up in the first instance but with more careful study of the handbook we managed to do it within a couple of hours.We have only had it a few days so some of the features like nuisance call blocker have not been used so we cannot comment on those issues but so far we are pleased with it.One plus is that unlike our old system where you had to enter phone numbers into the handset of every phone, with this one you enter them and it automatically shows the number in every handset.

All I needed was a good and reliable phone, with good sound and good battery. This is it, no fancy gadgets, futuristic technologies, cloud things etc. And I must tell you that for the price, this is a fantastic phone. There is no setup needed, plug it in and it works. The interface is very clear and I did not even need instructions to add numbers to the phone book and to make the call. Battery lasts for ages so 1hr calls are not a problem.I am sure the phone has more functions, and judging by the quality of the phone I am pretty confident these will work fine too. I just don't need them.What else do you need. A great phone.

Bought to replace a problematic and faulty Panasonic set sold by Amazon 3rd pty seller. Hopefully this set of phones work better and last longer. Phones look good, big buttons & display, clear reception, loud ring. The 2 sheets of paper??instructions?? were USELESS - I googled for this models operating instructions and was only able to programme the phones after referencing the instructions, info & codes. The ability to block numbers is a great feature and will no doubt reduce the annoying nuisance scam calls we all seem to get these days. Still early days but would def recommend this model and the Panasonic brand.

These phones are a replacement for a much older set that has had some of the handsets fail. Supplied batteries have a little charge so that you can set time and input phone numbers to memory. Batteries took a few hours to fully charge. Phone numbers stored on a handset are transfered to other phones. Not sure why there are 9 categories of phone number storage. I found it pretty easy to input phone numbers and other info onto phones, and I found it easy to go to the different set up screens. Not sure how long they will last, hopefully as long as the set they are replacing whiich has been in use for about 15 years.

This is one of those items that I wish I had bought years ago. It replaced an old BT cordless with fading batteries and intermittent cutting out. ie a right pain. The technology has certainly moved on and this little beauty is a real gem. Easy to set up, good to look at, nice clear speech, long range - even outdoors, an easily visible clock, an intercom between the handsets which works really well (especially when you are out of shouting range) and an answering machine with a one touch off, on or listen. I really cannot fault it. An excellent 5 star plus buy

These phones do what they are meant to. I found them a little difficult to get my head round at first but once I realised why they were fine. It's great to have a phone in each room as I'm severely disabled and kept missing calls without the phone to hand, as they are now. Nice to look at as one, as the main phone fits flush into the base charger, and the two auxiliary handsets take up minimal space in the other rooms. Can't seem to find out how to answer the phone without removing it from the base though. Need to re-read the instructions. Worth the money.

Been a big Panasonic fan for past 30 years. Although there are some very flashy looking handsets available now from different manufacturers, because never had any issues with any of my Panasonics see no reason to stop using them.Came across this set at a friends house & thought they had a fresh look with a simple user-interface. Sound quality was perfect, volume easy to adjust & the fact the keypad is lit always comes in useful in a dark room. Bought next day & been delighted with the phones & answer machine which is so easy to use/switch on/off.

Why 4 stars? Display is old fashioned, which is fair enough at this price, and the many available ring tones are old fashioned too, again, same conclusion. They work great, and we got them because our other, older Panasonic phones are beginning to fail. First one of them -we have two and have replaced with two- lost the volume on the green button -as opposed to speaker phone- and, well, they are getting very tired after 6 years of use. The answer phone display clearly does not show how many messages may be waiting, but it's all good.
